   Poor experience. I asked for a particular baking ingredient (cream of tartar). Obviously the staff hadn't heard of it, which is fine. But I'd rather they look and say 'We don't stock it' rather than tell me baking ingredients are all in the baking section. I am deeply aware of how a supermarket is laid out and how goods are grouped. I'm just bothered by the poor human interaction that I had here.

   I used to enjoy visiting this store as It's only 2mins away from where I live. But my recent experience here has been very uncomfortable, ever since they've got rid of all the polite white and black employees and replaced them with asian employees. All they do is try to incriminate me by following me around the store, making my shopping experience an unpleasant one.

   Went in to do my lottery, female worker on the side was talking but I couldn’t hear her so she came with attitude. Said I wanted to do lottery had to wait for someone else to come then a man comes to the customer side of cigarette counter with a machine and says something about parcel I told him I wasn’t coming for a parcel I wanted lottery so he just looks and says oh. Clearly no one was interested in serving me and the attitude and way she spoke to me was disgusting. No one else came so I left and said I would make a complaint which I will do now. Get rid of your toxic staff. Done with this branch and Tesco overall.

   The people working the late night are very rude and need to now how to talk to customers I am fed up with their attitude it very bad and try to avoid the place if I see them in store I think there need more training on working the tills and customer care very unhappy

   How can a clubcard product posted on Tesco app doesn't have the same price in store? Staff saying is not valid in all Tesco's. What's the point of the clubcard then? Waste of time

   clean,and conveniently located locally .it has bare essentials and good prices on most things. great service,i can always find what i need. My only concern is the opening time . Sometime they open later than it's advertised time . The opening time on the poster clearly states that the store open from 6am . But sometimes need to wait 15-20 mins longer to get in to the store . I normally pop in there to get my breakfast before I go to work . I work far from my home town and always in a rush to get ready and go just because I have to spend 15-20 minutes of my valuable time to wait in front of this store to be opened . Why you guys advertise as open from 6 then make us to wait 15-20 minutes out side the store ? Going to write a complain to customer service if it's not get resolved .
