   My 3rd time ordering a whoosh delivery after moving to Barnet. Absolutely disgusting. Not received one of my orders. Tesco say it’s the uber drivers and they’re loosing money because of them. Then change your bloody contractors Tesco.

   Haven't been to this shop in MONTHS, last time I think I got a meal deal. Today around 4:15 the asian security guard approached me on my way out and said last time I didn't scan some items and to be careful in future. He couldn't give me a date just said they did a review and saw it was me. 100% it wasn't. On a power trip, boycotting all Tesco.

   I would like to thank this lovely young lady who helped me pick my shopping and not only that she saw me struggling waddling around with shopping she came to my rescue without me asking for a help and I could see she was genuinely happy to help me, I asked her name I think she said aona I would really appreciate if this gets to her. Thank you young lady you are amazing.

   The worst Evri drop point, every time I went there , they had some issues like their printer was out of work, they’d finished their receipt or they didn’t accept parcel because the courier had not come there to collect the parcels . This time they lost my parcel and I don’t know what should I do as Evri customer service kept saying the parcel hasn’t collected from the store(after 4days) and the store kept saying it has collected from here and the tracking of my parcel shows it is still in store since 4 days ago.

   I feel so lucky I have this small tesco express close to my house. it’s very convenient and never busy. It stays open till 12am every day. I haven’t seen any other tesco express staying that late ever. the staff is helpful. The shop is refurbished recently with new fridges and this makes it even more reliable. Also, there is a car parking by the door which is 30’ free if I remember right which again is very convenient.

   We went in the store sat afternoon at around 1 to get an icecream... we were deciding which to get wen this rude customer came along. Then going to the till I'm not great at self service but was trying to put my order through wen a blonde older member of staff was so rude to me.. I then tried again but it ask for assistance.. she came over again but could see she didnt want to and basically accusing us of trying to steal to items. We mn she walked away we tried again and then same thing happened so another lady helped us.. who was nice .. turns out it was the item and not us but rude woman didnt apologise... we would rather use another tescos in future
