Why are all the fridge lights off nearly 2 hours prior to closing??? You can only see your reflection resulting in people standing with the doors open!

Really bad experience from employers, rude with the customer. Today I had a bad experience from one of your staff at the checkout, she was really rude and aggressive. Staff like this should not be working in customer service. The kid's got scared and traumatized. Never again going to buy from this store.

Thank you to Lee who was working on the shop floor this morning i was looking for a cat stocking with cat treats in it I could not find it in the pet isle I asked Lee and he went and found it for me and came back and found me, I purchased 2 packets. What a nice helpful young guy, a credit to your store, please pass this message onto him.

Always happy for a self-scan check but staff need to be a little more polite when doing so. We’re not all criminals you know. This occasion it was around 20 items so would have been better to go through a regular till. It’s the job, I get it. Just be a little nicer when doing so please.

Having a partner take you home to meet the family is a big moment isn’t it? It’s considered an important moment in a relationship. Not only do you want them to like you but you also want you to like them. Can I see myself spending a Christmas with your mum? Would I want to marry you if I knew your dad would give a speech at our wedding? Will I be able to be myself around these people? But here I found myself, in this big Tesco with Newt’s mum, dad, and sister. We drove all the way to the big Tesco because I love a big Tesco so much. It’s huge. 33 isles! The security guard told me off for lingering at the entrance in awe. So many people go to this Tesco every day and don’t take any time to admire how wonderful it is. How this Tesco feeds so many people. How this Tesco stocks so many thousands of different products. How this Tesco meets so many needs for so many people. How exciting it is to take a moment to marvel at mundanity. I know I’m unusual, I know I’m not everyone’s taste. I know lots of people just wouldn’t get me, but Newt’s family seems to. I bought a Tesco value hoodie for myself and some oat milk for the food bank.

Unfortunately on a passing Sunday, 15 minutes before close, one of the colleagues was tasked to walk up and down the isles and scream out and repeat the minutes to close. This was repeated around five times per minute, which i thought.. “surely the colleague doesn’t get paid enough for this?”. Some customers were saying amusingly.. “I’ve had to go down the same isle and get what i need because i cannot concentrate with her yelling”. Strongly believe the management should review this as it’s rather irritating due to the repetition and pitch of the voice. Why not just use the tannoy and update customer every five minutes? Thanks

I've been coming here from the start and the staff have been helpful. I'm a disabled person and Lee has been very helpful to me. He has gone out of his way to help. It's a shame the stores gone down hill. Never have what you need, freezers empty. I'm sorry to say that I'm thinking of going elsewhere to do my shopping.

I had the most rude member of staff this morning. I found him stacking shelves in the meat isle (23) at 11am ish and I asked him where I could find something. His response was ‘im helping someone else’ and turned his back. He was a short guy with short brown hair. He shouldn’t be allowed a job on the shop floor. Never had such rude staff as this store.

I have been regularly using this store since it opened, I’m guessing 15-16 years, at least twice a week and almost always been satisfied with the produce and service. Recently it’s been a shambles, I realise there is some rearranging going on but the person or people dealing with these “improvements” need to take a look at themselves and even bought to account. The store has been difficult to navigate since these “improvements” started and there has been noticeable new staff that have no idea where items have been moved to and treat assisting the customers as a hindrance. The signage should have been in place when the musical chairs shambles started. Speaking to other customers this morning and everyone saying the same thing. Also some of the fresh produce ie. fruit and especially lettuce looks as though it should be in the rubbish rather than on the shelves.
