    This morning I walked in this M&S store and the security man started to following me around the store watching my every move and looking at what I pick up it was borderline to harassment as there was another customer in the store and all the security man was doing was watching my moves. Racist security gard! I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome and surely won’t be shopping here ever again I was there at 09:05 am Sunday the 26.10.24

    Victoria station M&S Store kept overnight dry pastries for morning service. Went on sunday opening time 8 am, , staff were adding freshly baked pastries to the old ones from last day. The old pastries were dry and rocky. Not fair for customer who did not witness and buy unconsciouly pastries made the before.

    An extremely racist manager, all his team from his own people with very less capabilities, poor customer service and angry faces with not even basic english. worked a couple of months and found it the worse people working there. Very aggressive manager and his people supervising the store.

    I went to this store on Wednesday 23 March at about 2.30p.m.and bought two items unfortunately I scanned an item twice and realised after I had paid. When I asked for a refund they were unable to do a refund and suggested I go to another store! Very poor customer service extremely disappointed.

    I’m getting SO frustrated with this store. Every time I go there, the cash till seems to be out of order and I can’t pay for my items without having to negotiate with the staff in order to pay … it’s ridiculous to have so many card tills that don’t take cash, and then not keep the single working cash till operating! Not everyone can pay by card, and especially at a mainline station where this is one of the main sources of food / drink, it’s just ridiculous to inconvenience people like this. Please sort it out and make cash payments easy during all your opening hours, not just when your single till happens to be working!!!
