I usually appreciate the convenience of this store, but I’ve noticed an issue that has made shopping here uncomfortable. One of the staff members, East Asian woman, has a strong odor that is quite noticeable and off-putting. Unfortunately, this has been mentioned by other customers as well, and it’s to the point where I’m considering going elsewhere. Considering this person in question has her face on display at the front of the store as their community champion, this seems a bit counterproductive. Other members of staff have this issue as well but not as bad as this person, on the other side of the spectrum I’ve literally been in situations where I asked staff what perfume they were wearing because it was really nice. I hope management can address this matter so that the store can continue to be a pleasant place to shop.

I live next door. Today I walked in to buy tonight's dinner, and the entire fish and meat isles were 'shut' (no fish, no pork, no chicken, no beef). Allegedly because 'the fridge was broken' - never mind that the fifty or so metres of other fridges with a substantial amount of rubbish were fully operational. An unwilling staff member was unable to say when it would reopen. This is not a first. At times the ice cream & chips etc fridges are closed for days on end. I am sorry, but meat is an essential - and if the fridges are broken, other less necessary stuff should be moved out.

I would like to formally complain about the appalling service I received at the Tesco store last Sunday. I was waiting in line to be served and, upon informing the staff that I needed to collect a package from the depot, I was ignored while they attended to all other customers, despite me having already been waiting in the queue. Furthermore, when I requested to speak to the manager, a staff member named Hami claimed to be the manager. However, when I asked another colleague, I was told that the actual manager was at the back of the store. After searching for him with no success, another staff member informed me that the manager does not work on Sundays. Such treatment is entirely unacceptable. I trust Tesco will take the necessary steps to ensure that customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

I like the Tesco supermarket chain. They have a large selection of products that I usually buy. The products are always displayed neatly on the shelves. A good selection of snacks, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, flowers, cakes and more. I am also satisfied with the sausages and hard cheeses department. There are self-service checkouts, a fact that shortens the time spent in the supermarket.

Great range! Really impressed by vegan/vegetarian/free-from variety. Was given wrong product from behind the counter but couldn't see that until after paying (paid for a more expensive product than desired)

Covent Gardens worst kept secret. For a Tesco Express in the heart of London this store is appalling. Delivery's unloaded at the busiest time in the morning. No hot food. No bakery stuff. Meal deal area has tumble weeds blowing thought it.......

This used to be a bit of a flagship but now its like a very poor 7-11. It stocks city stuff, aimed at tourists, v few varieties, and check the sell by dates - everything is on the point of expiry (where they haven’t stopped putting sell by dates on!)

What a great shop this is now, a year ago I was in there and it was a disaster but now it’s great, all shelves constantly stocked, no more rotting food, the place smells nice and the staff are really friendly. One of the best stores in town!

A handy location for a little Tesco Express. I’ve used this store a couple of times now, ideal for picking up cheap food or drink when in the city, saves going into restaurants. The store can be a bit manic though and therefore untidy with cages everywhere!
