Awful, rude, inconsistent and BAD.... I'm on 7 days a time for meds due to mental health and once again my prescription was wrong. Always check because they repeatedly make mistakes. It's the Christmas period so I cant do anything apart from 111. Rude staff too. What is frightening is the reviews are collectively bad. Who do I complain too?

I am deeply disappointed by the service I received. I waited patiently while the woman at the counter assisted a customer. An elderly gentleman had forgotten his glasses and was struggling to read the back of his prescription. When he mistakenly signed the wrong section, she abruptly snatched the prescription from him and shouted, βNot that one!β The lack of respect and care displayed was truly staggering. After waiting an additional ten minutes in the empty pharmacy, I inquired about my emergency prescription, only to learn it had been sent via 111. The pharmacist refused to process it, stating it would not be ready until the morning, and insisted that she needed to close the pharmacy despite it being only 20:30. I explained my urgent situation, but she showed little concern. As a son of pharmacist myself, my mother is appalled by this incident and intends to report it to the GPhC. It is evident that this is not an isolated incident, and an investigation into this pharmacy is warranted and this will be happening! Disgraceful conduct!

Very poor service from the pharmacist. Took my 6 year old in as her entire torso, front and back, is covered in what I believe to be prickly heat. However, I wanted a second opinion as you can never be too sure. The lovely lady went to fetch the pharmacist and when he came out I lifted her top to try and show him and all I got was 'it's probably nothing to worry about, buy some camomile lotion' he didn't even look at the rash let alone ask me any questions regarding her health. I would have expected to atleast be asked does she have a temp? How long has it been there? Is it itchy? Especially as she's a child. Would I have recieved the same response if I had taken my 4 month old? No compassion, no care no shits given quite frankly. Useless doesn't even cut it

Swap chemists now, don't use these. Prescriptions are never ready when you call to collect, always told to either wait or come back later, and then on your return you are informed, on many occasions, they haven't got the items in stock and that it will be the next day at the earliest. If you did your job correctly you could have ordered the items ready for collection. Complete waste of time using this chemist. I've now changed to another one who does it correctly and on time.

Increasingly frustrating experience. We are asked to give a week between requesting prescriptions and picking them up but are still told itβs not ready and to come back later. Some staff are lovely - othered not so friendly. I know they have a lot of folk being short with them but the attitude from some staff doesnβt help.

it's not a pharmacy it's just a joke, the staff doesn't know what to do at all, there's a problem every time I pick up my medicine, they can't spell the name, even after I spelled the name 4 times, they have absolutely no idea about work. 40 minutes of waiting and then they tell me to come back in another 40 minutes, when I come back again after 40 minutes, it turns out that the medication are not there and that they have to order them, just a total mess. Over and over, they make the same mistakes.

Dreadful. Itβs rare you can collect your medicine without any issues. I only use them because theyβre open late.

This pharmacy should be shut down immediately as they put patient in risk!My son got prescription for 2 bottles of antibiotics, the walk in centre sent through the e-prescription. When I collected they said they can issue me 1 bottle and I need to come back for the 2nd bottle for security reason, which was fine by me. When I got back 5 days later I handed out the slip I got from them at first instance, they took it and I was told that the antibiotics is not on stock and they cannot do anything, I need to go back to walk in centre and request another prescription and ask them to send to another pharmacy. I ask for the slip to have a proof that I did not get the 2nd bottle or any confirmation what has happened but they refused to do, so I was left in shock. I run back to walk in centre with 2 ill, small children and was told I have to wait 3 hours for the prescription which I could not do.I contacted my GP for help but not able to help as it was prescribed by the out of hours walk in centre.Reported to authorities today, they need to investigate and shut this place down, they playing with childrens life.

Twice in the last month I have gone to collect my medication only to be told that they hadn't received a prescription from my GP. On both occasions I rang my GP to be told the prescription had been sent. My prescription was miraculously found when I phoned to say what my surgery had said, this meant that I then had to drive back to Asda to collect. A few weeks ago I got my medication home to find the bag also contained tablets for someone with the same name as me but an address that was not mine, how is this possible? On that occasion someone drove out to collect the medicine from me but how can this happen? Some of the staff are very helpful and apologetic when mistakes are made but mistakes like this should not be made, who checks what is dispensed? After your reply I am adding - I am not on Facebook or twitter, send me an email address to reply to with the information that you want.
