   I was very impressed with the helpful young lad in charge of self service on Wednesday 26th November-especially as I discovered I had left my change behind and was pleasantly surprised that I got it back the next morning when I discovered it! Well done store.

   CASE no. 1723 What used to be a nice experience here is now nothing more but being overpriced and having rude and useless staff. It comes as no surprise why the till section is mostly full of self checkouts and not staff serving tills. The prices are by far one of my concerns here along with certain fresh fruits and vegetables that are either mucky, mouldy or simply off. It feels like a prison here and the security is nothing more but pointless and annoying when you have been stopped for no reason at all. Perhaps it's time for some new Management here.

   Couldn't find the semi skimmed milk large cans, approached one of the staff she didn't put any effort to help me, instead replied "we get every night deliveries but Milk cans are high selling items and they quickly run out of stock" but i saw Whole Milk large cans with use by dates 25th Oct and 28th Oct. Unsure, how come 3 days gap in useby if they receive delivery every day? Otherwise, overall it stocks everything that im after and FULL MARKS to the lady in customer services, she had all the patience and humbleness towards customer in this world. Thanks to you for making my evening

   This was my first time visiting this Sainsbury’s store, despite having passed it many times before. The store was fairly quiet during my visit, which made for a relaxed shopping experience. As I walked through the aisles, I found everything clean, tidy, and well-organized. Having worked in retail myself, I noticed and appreciated that the product rotation was spot on — clearly well-managed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely return. One downside (not the store’s fault) was the Sainsbury’s own brand Takeaway pizza that I purchased here. Even after baking it longer than instructed, it was still doughy in the middle. Definitely room for improvement on that product.

   It's OK if there aren't many customers in there, it's a small store and queues at check-outs get long quickly, like today when the smart app stopped working (for all stores, they said). Really could do with a bigger branch in the area, they serve a big population.

   The staff are really friendly and helpful at this branch. However, I do wish that they had more people to give 'Till' service at peak times. It is not always convenient to use 'Self Service' when you have a big shop.

   Parking is great. Has everything I needed and staff was helpful. Everything you need from a supermarket. Only 4 stars because I reserve 5 stars for exceptional events and places
