Of all the Tesco stores around here, this is by far the worst. The Costa Coffee machine is never working. It is always out of order, asking for a password, cleaning, or the door just left open and when it does work there are no cups, lids, chocolate powder etc. Fresh produce is always late such as croissants are always late and inconsistent. Always nobody on the till when it is time to pay leading to me having to find staff on the shop floor to serve me. The same for the self-service, whenever there is an age check there is nobody around. I am comparing this store to Tesco Express on the A22 opposite the petrol station when on comparison is night and day different.

Always use this tesco as most things I buy here are cheaper than Sainsburys down the road. Never had a bad interaction with staff either. Overall a good store :)

Sorry for the low score. On both my visits I found the staff unhelpful, I wasn't asked if I had a club card just changed the higher price untill I handed over my club card. I have also noticed that it would appear that goods seem shorter dated in this Tesco Express store. Certainly shorter dated compared to where I usually shop.
