   The staff at the pharmacy at the minute are amazing. They can’t do enough for you. I know there has been issues with staff in the past, but I couldn’t fault them at all right now.

   Don't go here for any vaccinations, this women tried 5 times to give me my covid and the needle jumped out of my skin which made me jump only to be told it was because I jumped also the problem of getting the needle in was my fault cause I have thick skin.??? When she finally did it it was that painful it made me cry. I have never had a problem having my covid or flu. I also have to have bloods done every 8 weeks. This was a horrible experience so please don't go to her.

   The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. I hardly ever have to wait to get my prescriptions they seem well organised. They also did my Covid jab today, so convenient.

   I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews. I have only ever visited when it has not been busy, and the staff have always been extremely friendly and efficient. I usually wait a few days before collecting my medication to allow them sufficient time to prepare it so that way it’s already been prepared and I don’t have to wait. If you do not allow a few days, there is a chance your medication may not yet be ready, and you may have to wait at least 15 minutes depending on how many patients are waiting to collect their medication. It is important to remember that they cannot simply interrupt preparing other patients’ medications to accommodate those who have only just requested a prescription.

   Just read some of the reviews for the pharmacy and am truly shocked to read them. I and my wife are very regular customers here and have been for a number of years. I have nothing but praise for the staff here, many of whom also worked for Rowland's before the takeover. We have always been treated with care and politeness and great efficiency and consideration. Couldn't wish for anything better.

   If i can give them no star i would, by far the worst pharmacy ive been to, rude customer service, i take a box of tablets back because I thought it was the wrong one because it says codeine and i take a different medication. The girl behind the till was trying to deal with it but the old man working there was rude and got really sharp To be honest if you don’t have customer service skills dont work with public!! All i want to know if yous have given me the wrong medication or not !! Is it wrong for wanting to know??!!!

   Every month is the same. Prescription not ready despite receiving text to say it is ready. Last twice no text received. Been in today. Prescription is ready but cannot dispense it as the pharmacist has gone out for lunch. 2.15 and out for lunch despite this being the busiest time according to their website. Friday afternoon and no medication for the weekend despite ordering it 10 days ago. Absolutely unacceptable.

   By far the worst pharmacy I have used, in the last six month they have not been able to manage a single item prescription correctly and on time. Not sure if the staff or their system is fit for purpose but even after contacting head office still no further forward. If you haven’t used them yet don’t bother find another company even if it’s further away.

   Found the pharmacy staff very helpful. I went last week and the staff on the counter were being screamed at by a customer. It’s unacceptable when she was trying to help. She dealt with my prescription efficiently. Went back today to collect and the pharmacist took time to check I had all the medication I needed. Thank you.

   Whatever time I attend there is always a queue. Sometimes 6/7 people in front. Probably not helped by people calling in straight after their prescription has been sent to the pharmacy. Saying that, lucky if I get a text message and even when I do it’s invariably contradicted in the pharmacy or I get part of my prescription so then have to call back again. Borderline farcical. Have therefore decided to move my pharmacy collection point to one near work.
