   Absolute pisstake to serve customers and I feel there’s a very rude lady there who just be’s talking to anyone and everyone thinking she’s famous or something people are here to collect their medication or to be picking up medication for their loved ones not there to be waiting stood there while you chitchat and pisstake with a line of customers waiting , in my opinion very rude and ignorant if your looking for quick service don’t bother if you have a taxi waiting I wouldn’t bother as they’ll have you waiting a long time especially if it’s the same stuck up ignorant woman I met , had me waiting and didn’t even serve me anyway I had to be served by another woman there ,

   After over a year regularly using this pharmacy, I had to change to a new one because I just could not bare to deal with the manager. She is consistently rude, patronising and aggressive.

   Went here today. No baskets for customers. After I picked whatever I needed I saw there was nobody at the checkout yet staff was running around. I decided to wait like other customers with me. After some time of waiting I got annoyed and drop my items and left. This is first time I had bad experience at Boots.

   An extremely helpful Pharmacy centrally located city centre position. While there is no parking outside due to bus stops there are 2 multi storey parking locations a short walk away at the Market CarPark & the new Victoria shopping centre. (£3 for 1st hour). This Boots offers several services in addition to the normal services you would expect any pharmacy to provide. There is an emergency supplies service so you could get repeat medicine if your doctor is closed in a genuine emergency. Travel health, stop smoking & medicine check up & can supply special packaging to help you remember to take medicine. There are a couple of specialist services available including a confidential needle exchange & supervised medicine consumption. They do have a private room if you need to discuss a medical problem with the pharmacist. This is a few of the services provided. I'm sure the very helpful staff would help with any medical query or refer you to a place that could. It does get busy on some days but there are always staff on hand to help you so no long queues

   This branch of Boots has had a bit of a makeover recently and feels a little topsy-turvy, the ground floor being the home of cosmetics, fragrances and some toiletries whilst the upstairs has the pharmacy, which makes things a little harder to find than before. It's fairly large and has the usual range of stuff you'd expect from Boots. Not bad, but I do think the layout is a bit of a mistake.

   I would just like to say that i dropped off a prescription yesturday 2/5/13. I was told it would be half hour wait so i said i would return later. on my return i was told they did not have enough tablets for me, to be precise i was given 6 and they owed me 78!!! I was told they would be ready any time on the 3/5/13. I went up today @ 13:30 again i was told they had not recived them. I am going on holiday tomorrow and i need the tablets. If i had of known they did not have the tablets i would of never of left the prescription with them. This is very very poor. i will now need to get in touch with my G.P to see if he can help.
