   This place is ridiculous????? There is never anyone to serve at the counter or assist with self service. You have to go around the store looking for someone. And when you do find someone it seems that it’s an inconvenience to talk to them and they take as long and slow as they possibly can. It’s a mess get it together Sainsbury’s !!!!!!!

   A guy who does delivery went to collect and one of the packages was torn, the driver tried to fix the package with tape, but couldn't, he kindly asked to redo the package it was not his fault I saw! He gave a suggestion not to have to change everything, which was to take a plastic bag and put it inside, but one of the workers, a man, short, bald, I was super arrogant with him, yelled at him saying that "you need to pay for the bag"The driver was scared with his redizes, and said it wasn't his fault, but you kept yelling at the boy you could see that the driver felt oppressed, you should better observe the people who work because if it were me I would have been beating him, he was very stupid and rude

   @Sainsburys- Addiscombe Please take this as a complaint. I stood in this shop along with 8 others while "Mandy" stood there packing shelves insisting that was more important, than serving waiting customer's, it took for me to search in the completely empty shop floor to locate the manager, eventually I walked into the stock room, instead of the manager dealing with the customers patiently waiting at the till he also searched for Mandy! (Still stacking and still ignoring customers).... I am sick of the useless service in this store, it only takes decent training with your staff to ensure good customer service, it takes nothing to smile, and be professional.

   Unfortunately I give this place no stars. The blonde morning manager was exceptionally rude and told me how wrong I was when I asked a polite question. She shouted at me and pointed her finger and told me my family must hate living with me. Thus is the most disgusting behaviour from someone who is meant to be a manager. Sainsbury's head office I hope you are reading this. I will never shop here again.

   I like this Sainsburys store for many reasons such as nice n helpful staff. Lovely service. Well stocked shelves. Bright n clean. I like the security guard. He looks serious but nice friendly when u talk to him.

   The guys here are always super helpful and friendly, with the addition of a security guard to help keep anti social behaviour to a minimum. You can always count on this place to be open and stocked. It’s not my main port of call when shopping but I always return to it where other stores have failed or shut early.

   I like to shop here but the security guard/s would check on you like you are a shoplifter. Don’t shops have security cameras to watch shoplifters? The guard would stand at the end of the aisle watching you shop and when you are about to leave from self-checkout they will be standing right next to the door. I am a mom of two kids and more often then not the security guard would watch me, probably because I am not white and English-looking. They would also make it obvious that they are watching you shop, appalling, never been treated like this in any other supermarkets or shops! Also the old man at the till was rude. He tried to help me once at the self checkout, but blamed me when its the machine’s fault that the hazelnut croissant function isn’t working at that time. Rude.
