   Worst services ever! Stay away. Team members shouting at me (to scan the bag when I clearly showed him I have already paid for it) they really need to chill out about this bag situation!!! Just don’t go there I will definitely write a formal complaint!

   There is no customer service. Terrible Servises , make yourself a favourite and walk 10 minutes extra to Sainsbury’s you won’t be treated as a criminal for asking for a bag which you already paid for and have to wait 5 minutes!!!

   Peter had already finished and was already saying bye to his college, but when I ran out of time and my automated cashier locked, he came.over to unlock it for me. He then proceeded to tell the people queuing where the right queue was. He already was changed and had his shoulder bag in him. That customer service was free. A caring professional. A very nice gentleman too. My name is Lucas and I have been in security for over 17 years and in the customer service and detailing industry for over Twenty years. Always happy to show appreciation where it is due. Keep up the good work Peter!

   Times stated as opening at 7am and closing at 23:00. Yet at least 4 times per week they’re closed still closed at 7:30 and/or shut by 22:30. Why?? If it was a one-off or very occasional I could understand but is so frequent it’s basically the norm here. This is such a poor way to treat customers and extremely unprofessional from Tesco.

   Went in this store the door was not working properly and slow to open asked one of the so called staff if they had what i was looking for and he was so rude...typical..on the way out the door did not open so I lifted my foot towards the door to see if it would open then suddenly heard someone shouting out accusing me of kicking the door...clearly too thick to tell the difference between someone lifting their foot towards the door to see if it would open and someone actually kicking it..they are all rude in that place.

   My local. Convenient, open 08.00-23.00, Mon-Sat/08.00-22.00 Sun. Typical Tesco Express experience, designed to ensure one makes maximum purchases even when intending to buy one item. Stock a bit random - it seems if popular item, no longer stocked after 4 - 6 wks? Friendly, helpful staff, even under pressure from regular drunks and shoplifters. Mainly used by influx of young professionals so can be busy between 17.00 - 19.00.

   Worse Tesco I have ever been to in over 20 years in London! I have been falsy accused of stealing and the 'scene' lasted 10 minutes, with the team leader and other customers ganging up with the security officer (!). Shocking. Following the 'incident', the manager called me on out of office hours to apologise with a child speaking in the background which made the conversation very awkward and inaudible. Eventually he offered to send a voucher as an apology. It has been 10 days now and I have not received anything since. Apalling service from Tesco. It makes want to stop shopping with them altogether. A total disgrace.
