   Bad customer service… I both few items I pad by card and after I want do my scratch card what are won. The counter guy want me to let the people on the queue front of me . Is absolutely sad . Is part of they service. Why I have to let the people front of me is I get one of them service..

   The service in here is so bad and the staff are extremely rude. I was trying to explain to a member of staff what I wanted and he just kept saying ‘money first, money first’ without even looking at me or listening. This is the last time I will ever use this store

   A bit pricey for some items but decent choice of produce to purchase and I would say its generally clean. The shop is open from 6 or 7am until about 2 or 3 in the morning. Also British Gas is available to purchase for card or key. Coffee machine and pasty oven with food for offer.

   I wanted to send products via hermes, I had a label that needs to get printed but I couldnt printed out because there was no printer at home, so when I looked at the nearest place to print and send it off the costcutter came out, but they did not print the label and they said we cannot do it they did not want to deal with me , they were very indifferent I begged but they did not help me, they said go to different shop they will help you , they had a printer but they didn't print the label for me , I'm going to complain and say everything to Hermes!! I will never even pass this shop again!! Such a bad service they are giving. Also I didn't had any internet on my phone i asked them for wifi password they didn't gave it to me like I'm going to use their wifi forever!!!
