   Great store, good choice of food, fresh bakery and well staffed - everyone very friendly. The biggest drawback is the small, chaotic car park with very narrow spaces. Finding a space is often difficult, made worse by around 10 bays (out of approx. 50 bays) being private.

   Great location and very good amount of products on shelf. Staff are helpful. Shelves regularly stocked. Parking is good. Also used this branch for Click and collect and return options. Seamless operations.

   Loved shopping there but had my 93 year old aunt with me and spent longer than an hour shopping which meant we received a parking ticket. M&S were sorry to hear it but unable to do anything as car park managed by a 3rd party. Sadly will be unable to go back there to shop as my aunt is very slow but very independent, but its nice to think that Marks “deeply respect, and understand how upsetting it must be to be fined’ it makes do much difference !!

   M&S food hall can be expensive but the quality makes up for it on most products. I bought in the fresh bakery crusty cheese rolls they are amazing they are £1each but absolutely worth it

   Awful service from rude staff. We went in to pick up a click and collect order, we were given the wrong order and were then told it was our fault we'd had been given the wrong order and were shouted at and abused by a member of staff

   A great find I saw a huge collection of items that I cannot get in my local M&S just a shame bakery is lacking bakewell tarts and white chocolate cookies.

   Not just one wasted visit today but 2 but this appears to be the norm now on a Saturday as has been the same my last few visits. Popped in at 8 and loads of the shelves had empty spaces, loads of crates waiting to be unpacked but staff standing around chatting. No Chinese meal for 2 boxes & very few side dishes, hardly any mains choices in the Dine in for 2 meal deal and no dessert choices for the pizza deal, so I got a few small bits and thought I'd pop home and head back a few hours later once the shelves had been restocked, went back at 11 and still nothing but empty places on the shelves, so walked straight back out as did a few other people. Shame as used to be a lovely M & S food hall, now it is more miss than hit. Think I'll stick to driving to Morrisons from now on.
