   Grim! Located away from any other shops so at night it’s isolated. Walk in and there’s a security guard by the door on a personal mobile conversation on loudspeaker. At the payment area a member of staff leaning on a counter looking down at his phone. Basic range for a Local. Random piles of non seasonal items in strange locations. Currently in early September they’re selling both BBQ accessories and mince pies.

   I’m 31 and visibly so, tried to buy NON alcoholic beer was rejected no matter what. I live in the neighbourhood and have been buying alcohol without ID for years. Argument was: oh if a child comes and tries to buy this alcohol free beer, should I sell it to them? Well do I look like a child do you have eyes? Absolute pain. Find some happiness in your miserable lives stop being pain in the ass for other people.

   I am local and shop in this store regularly but on Friday I had worst shopping experience and still in shock with that bitter experience. Staff name Singam (tall slim asian boy) I asked him for help and got very rude and unprofessional response and i approached him to say that is not how you treat customers please be professional. Then he started shouting at me saying don’t teach how to do my job, i am not your slave on and on for like 5 minutes while lots customers around him and he didn’t seems to care. I was totally shocked and asked another staff (short height older gentleman) if i can speak to manager and he said manager is very busy and i have to wait longer without even checking. This is my local store and i am shopping for years, i hope managers or head office can address this issue so i can feel free shopping hear not afraid of asking help with staff like i have been doing for many years in this store . Imagine a store without customer walking in … Thanks

   Excellent convenient store..all staffs are great and helpful but security guard is so much annoying and making feel so much uncomfortable. I think purpose of security guard is to protect the store instead of watching women and hanging around. He should learn some manners and respect women so that women can feel comfortable to go in the store. Because of him I always prefer to go to Tesco or other Sainsbury's. Even though this Sainsbury's is so much convenient for me, I hardly prefer to go there because of flirty security guard.

   It's alright. Most of what they stock is garbage food that makes you ill sold by companies who profit from making people ill. Lots of plastic packaging. They stock a bit of vegan stuff but not enough. Meal deal is just one option for the sandwich/wraps. The woman who bakes the bread is good, she a little bit older, but very attractive and makes great buns. She took time to tell me if the bread had animal juices in them. I do wish the store was fully vegan. It's bad when you walk past odd looking people staring at dead animals. Or perhaps have a basement for those who hate animals. It gets a bit annoying at night with drunk women being loud, lunchtime sees the office workers and the old people tend to visit in the morning. It's alright I suppose.

   There was a really lovely man fundraising for Battersea Kennel in the shop, I was outraged to see that on the second day the security guy removed him from the shop, forcing him to stand outside in the rain with no jacket on. People are trying to do something good and this is how they are being treated, you should train your security personnel to have a bit more manners and empathy.

   I lost my front door key on Friday night and the fantastic staff kept it safe for me until I realised and returned to the store. I am so grateful. I had no phone on me and no other way of getting in my flat. Merry Christmas to you all.

   Convenient and with a large variety. Easy to get to and lots of parking in the evening. Large variety of food. Better than the nearby Tesco Express. I like the self-checkouts to get in and out quickly. If you are at the Residence Marriott then it’s just a walk away.
