Same lady asks for my ID just about every time I go in to buy painkillers or something caffeinated (every other week for over a year and I look well over 20) to the point that other regular customers are commenting on it. Please retrain her on ID policy because itβs beyond a joke at this point.
Extremely pathetic Tesco branch! I was looking to find an Evri Parcel Shop Machine, and the Tesco store locator on their website said this branch has one, and I was able to print out labels and return a parcel. I go to the Tesco store, and Iβm looking around for the machine, and I canβt find it. I then spoke to a Customer Assistant who told me they havenβt had an Evri Parcel Shop Machine for over 3 months! Absolutely unacceptable and useless! Why has nobody updated the website? Very lazy and unprofessional customer service, and I can tell the staff arenβt bothered, boxes lying around everywhere in the store, they are walking around playing Candy Crush Saga on their phone when people are waiting at the self checkouts for approvals. Yet look at Tescoβs extortionate prices, this is one of many reasons why I have completely stopped shopping at Tesco. Sainsburyβs, Asda, Morrisons and Aldi are much better.
This is the WORSE Tesco I have EVER been to, ALWAYS getting Followed by Security Guards and suffer racism from them, one of the guards smirks at me every time I look at him, and always making me feel UNCOMFORTABLE, Every Time I go to this shop. I have also witnessed the staff instruct the guard to follow me specifically, I do not even dress or portray in any way that I'm there to steal. There are only 1 or 2 nice staff, apart from that, they should all be fired.
Hello Tesco people want real people to serve them. Only one person on the tills and plenty of empty self serves with a queue of people shows what people really want. Hire more serving staff and tell the staff that serving customers should be a priority.
Staffs are so rude and lazy. If you want to return EVRI parcel, do not go there. Yesterday they said they don't have a printer to print labels and don't accept big parcels. Today they told me they don't have a parcel return service. Then just don't show your information on the evri website!! REALLY MISLEADING!!! and why do the staff not tell me they can't help with the parcel returning in the first place and let me go there twice?? I can't understand, all I know is they are too lazy to do anything else except be rude to people.
Hardly any stock
Popped in to grab some food while in the area. Had a pushchair with me and knocked into a kick stool that was left in the shop floor. Could have fallen over that. Not good health and safety there. My child wanted to have a banana but they produce area didnβt look very appealing. Guessing they hadnβt had a fresh delivery that day. Meal deal was as advertised. Decent price for a lunch. Couldnβt do a massive shop here, itβs has the essentials needed.
Fruit aisle will make you gag. I went to pick up bananas the other day and a million fruit flies flew everywhere, probably because some of the bananas were half open / damaged.
Too many damaged and rotten fresh products on sale. The stackers really ought to be removing them not concealing damage and flogging produce not fit for consumption.
