   RUDE - don't answer the phone, don't know what there doing, refuse to fill prescriptions despite being open. Work shy and act like there doing you a favour.

   Great staff and always have good advice when needed. Prescriptions are always ready and if any medication needed in-between they are amazing at sorting this out. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and I will not change my pharmacy even though there is others nearby. Keep up the great work,advice,and great customer service.

   Very rude staff and pharmacists that have conversations about you whilst ur waiting and you can hear them being rude with me and other customers. They a private and confidentiality law to be upheld but this pharmacy doesn’t uphold this law

   Fantastic pharmacy and the owner was extremely helpful when my cousin was having a diabetic emergency. He did everything he could to ensure she got her medication, can't thank him enough for his help! Highly recommend this pharmacy!

   Some staff are helpful and friendly. Some are unprofessional and unpleasant. There have been multiple mistakes made (both local surgery and this pharmacy) regarding my baby's prescription formula. A staff member argued that it was actually our fault that the prescription hadn't gone through to the surgery and been filled. When I suggested that I speak to a GP to resolve the issue (perhaps more formula in each prescription so fewer requests), she said, I quote, that it wouldn't be a good use of a GP's time. So ensuring an infant with an allergy gets the correct formula to thrive isn't an important matter? I realise the NHS is under immense pressure, but the staff need to recognise that patients are struggling too, or at least have some empathy if they work in healthcare.
