   Another very disappointing poor show from the business owner regarding his DHL parcel shop machine not working again. It’s interesting that over a period of 12 months on every occasion when I attempt to drop off a DHL parcel at this drop off point the same gentleman states the machine is not working without even attempting to scan the barcode. Considering they show up, now I have to travel further than planned to find a store with a working machine to complete a return. I would suggest they either ask DHL to fix the machine or stop offering the service if Star Value Supermarket (you- store owner) can’t be bothered to scan parcels at your shop.

   Reviewing Starvalue's parcel collection service: I've collected several times over the last 2 years. (Not yet needed to use return option.) Treated promptly & professionally every time by the people behind the counter. Purchasing cards are accepted for ID which is also really convenient. Deliveries in good condition. Trustworthy!
