   Terrible, terrible customer service. They cannot be bothered to deal with the parcels so they take it out on customers. I came in here 36 weeks pregnant and was standing for a long time, when I asked for help with my parcel I was told ‘CAN YOU WAIT!’ by the old lady. Why do you run a business that you clearly don’t enjoy? Please read the other reviews too before entering such a negative, rude and unprofessional shop. Go elsewhere.

   Dreadful costumer service. One of the young men on Sunday was terribly rude ongoingly through my interaction, but not only with me. He was belittling to the other young guy who worked there who seemed to just need a little support. Not necessary for someone to be so unpleasant when I was just trying to get what I needed. He was dismissive, condescending and needs to alter his attitude if he wants to be respected.

   Nasty Staff treats clients horribly. They accused a lady of stealing and pressed her into a corner forcefully checking her bag and tried to search her body, trying to touch her breasts. Unacceptable. The police will be made aware.

   Lady that works there most of times is unbelievably rude. I only came to return parcel, my label got torn as the returns machine was mispositioned which I did not know. I asked her for help and she refused. I asked her again if she can come to me to help me with the slip and she refused again and said this it is self service. I was left shocked. She then came and said I could have just pushed label machine myslef. As if I work with it and I know what is wrong with it. I told her how rude she was and how she would like asking me for help and I would refuse. She said to me not be coming again. I am left speachless, defo won't be going there again. Not because she asked me to, but because of her rudeness.

   Very poor costumer service. The worker named ‘Siva’ was sooo rude to me in front of other costumers at the store for something that was indeed their fault. I had my Evri parcel delivered there as I thought Costcutter was a trusted company, only to receive an email to tell my that my parcel that already been collected. I thought there must be a mistake and went to the store after work. When I arrived, Siva at the till was talking down on me and telling me to ‘stop asking silly questions’ because I wanted to find out what happened to my parcel. When asked if I could speak to the manager or have the contact details of them, he printed a receipt and told me to call the store tomorrow (this is where I found out his name) & when asked if he has an email address for them, he rudely told me that not every shop has an email address and that I should come back or call tomorrow if I want to speak to him. I would definitely not be using them again and do not recommend them to anyone as they clearly give out parcels without checking ID’s.
