   Amazon Fresh at Wood Wharf has been great this Sunday, especially with the Prime deals. However, this is unfortunately the third time my partner and I have had a negative experience related to staff behaviour. On several Sunday evenings, 3/4 or more staff members are often standing together near the entrance, making negative comments and laughing while customers are walking past. This is something I have personally overheard on multiple occasions. It feels unprofessional and has been uncomfortable and embarrassing for me in front of my fiancée. I have raised similar concerns previously. I mention this only to help management identify and address the issue, not to single out anyone unfairly. It’s disappointing that this behaviour continues in an otherwise good store, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for all customers.

   Just in from Ireland. We were lucky to get an amazing experience just before closing. The technology is absolutely mind-blowing. The gentleman with the beard was so sound and generous with his time, explaining every bit of it with great patience. He helped us set up an account, showed us how to use the QR code, and we just walked out, it honestly felt like stealing! God bless him, and God bless Amazon!

   I recently moved to Canary whart, living just 2 minutes way. It was my second visit this evening. The store got very friendly staffs and Managers, never had to wait if need help in checkout, always welcoming and helpful. Only thing, I haven’t found any water, all empty. A bit disappointing but very happy shopping here.

   I came to Amazon fresh to return an Amazon parcel. I like the fact that within a few minutes I received a push notification saying that Amazon has received my parcel and funds would be in my account in a few days. Amazon fresh pasta fresh produce, meat, seafood, dairy as well as some prepared food. The store is like any other store apart from its integration with Amazon vast infrastructure and technology, which allows for conveniences like rapid delivery and cashier-less stores.

   Excellent place to get a quick cheap meal. For £3.50 you can get a hot main, a snack and a drink including coffee. I'm surprised that their coffee is actually decent. Their pastries are also nice. I like to visit this place when I'm in a hurry or if I need a cheap lunch.

   Easy to use. 5 minutes walk from D7 and 135 bus stop. You can walk from Manchester road in 10 minutes. You can reach here from Canary Wharf in 5 minutes. Not easily seen from walking path until 20 steps before reach. Try to look at my photo to pay attention to neighbour building. The credit system has some problem. Make sure you check your bill everytime.

   Amazon using technology at its best. My first visit to amazon fresh store and well quite loved it. Just click on the camera in your phone to scan bar code available outside the store that will generate a code in your amazon app. just show that code on entrance and enter. Pick up what you like to shop and walk out. No need to scan anything or swipe a card. The items get deducted ffrom the card you have linked with your amazon account and they also reflect in your order history. Very efficient and quick - best for quick grab and bite.

   The store is great to pop in and get some bits. You can also get coffee here with the coffee machines. And can return amazon purchases here to be sent back to amazon. Staff were very helpful and friendly
