A man died after visiting this branch. This Sainsburys store allows violent, despicable, aggressive people to shop alongside normal, law-abiding, decent citizens. This policy and the extremely lax security has resulted in the death of an innocent man and as far as I am aware, absolutely nothing has changed in the wake of this incident, so it could happen again. I will never shop here ever again.

Picked up my stuff and went to the tills, no one there. A lady was packing the shelves nearby so I stood so that she could see me, but she went the other way and walked off. After standing at the tills for nearly 5 minutes I left my stuff and walked out. Security guard was on his phone the entire time and then eyed me as I walked out.

I had a message to say my parcel was available for collection. Having put all my work on hold to go pick it up, was told that it wasn't there. Revisited again a few hours later and was told it still wasn't there. I asked if the only box on the table (that was there the first time round) had my name on and low and behold, it was there all along, they just needed to open their eyes and look in front of them.

Today (5pm) I collected a parcel - such a easy service and really really helpful member of staff to help me get it in the car - above and beyond helpful

Came here for an “emergency” stop while cycling around the area. After buying what I needed, I kindly asked one staff if I can use the toilet and showed him what I bought. He understood that it was urgent and showed me where the loo was. There was a sign outside which says employees only but I guess this is case to case basis. When the manager (a lady) saw the staff guiding me towards the toilet, she scolded him in front of me while pointing at the sign. I told her that it is not his fault and explained that I had my period and was desperate for the loo. To my surprise, considering that she’s a woman, she did not allow me to use the toilet and continued to scold the poor employee. Good thing there was another employee (a man) who understood my need and told me that there is a cafe nearby as another option. There’s is no need for such unacceptable behaviour from the manager, especially towards the staff.
