   Great shop for dropping parcels. The guys are really helpful, and they have decent storage for parcels meaning they've never had to refuse parcels due to parcel size or storage issues which is common in other shops locally. I drop Royal Mail, Inpost, Evri and Yodel there every day without issue. Parking isn't too bad most days. Good selection of stock and fresh baguettes daily.

   I've lived in Shortlands for 20 years and had connections with Shortlands through the parents-in-law for 40. So I have seen a few convenience shops come and go. The team at today's Shortlands Supermarket are super friendly, courteous and helpful and as somone dropping off too many, and probably a few too large, parcels I am grateful for their patience and help when there are often so many other customers to serve. You seem to be a great team looking out for each other and helping all the customers however hurried, rushed or confused. Thank you for bringing life, convenience and a sense of village back to Shortlands. Five stars!

   Parcel went missing in the shop. I’ve got a message at 8pm saying my parcel has been collected which was not true as we were all at home having dinner. Went down the next day to check. The guy showed me his device before even asked my name and told me to find my name on it. (I thought this was a bit odd as usually they take your name and check ID) but I didn’t see my name. So he said it’s not there. I showed him the message I have been getting. He just said maybe it’s a mistake and left me standing. Not very good experience and won’t recommend sending stuff for collection from the shop. It’s not reliable.

   Great place and super friendly staff. I needed an empty cardboard box in order to send a parcel and these guys were super helpful and provided a wide range of boxes for me. Other places around town were not helpful at all so I would definitely recommend these guys if you need to send a parcel and don't want to buy an expensive box at the post office.
