Just lovely little park, canal on one side and the river on the other unfortunately the toilets are never open but Asda is adjacent. No cafΓ© so I take drinks and a picnic ,also you can feed the duck's in the pond.

Philips Park, Manchester, is a historic Grade II-listed public park opened in 1846 and one of the UK's first municipal parks, known for its original features like the amphitheatre and carriage drives, and facilities including a play area and sports courts

Nice small park in Manchester. Has a Parkrun every Saturday is your want to do a 5km walk or run. There's also a skatepark at one end of the park.

Philips Park in Manchester is one of the cityβs oldest public parks, opened in 1846. It covers 31 acres of varied landscapes, including woodlands, grasslands, and water features. The park offers playgrounds, sports courts, a bowling green, and community allotments. Its historic Lodge Visitor Centre provides information about the parkβs history. Philips Park remains a valuable green space for locals, blending heritage with recreational facilities in the heart of Manchester.

Very lovely park to go to, whether it's for walking around or running. I've been here so many times I've lost count. Philips Park certainly is very spacious and is being kept in a very nice condition.

The small childrenβs playground is excellent. Nice little walking bit with lots of green and a small lake(not accessible tho for Duck feeding) The biggest kids playground is laughably inadequate. Almost as if itβs been designed by people who havenβt got any children

Great place near Etihad and Asda. Plenty of walking trails, trees, pond, play grounds. There is lovely place for skating too. Worth to take kids for walk. This place is dog friendly. I seen a lot of birds and squirrels there.

I liked this park as it was well enclosed which is useful when you have a toddler with no road safety awareness. It's really big with a lot of activities
