   Today I wanted to buy a gift card at 11:25 am and when I wanted to pay for it I couldn't because it didn't have a barcode, so I asked for help from the worker who was there at that moment in the self-service checkout machine, a short woman with a burgundy veil, to which her response was that she was very busy at that moment, that everyone else came first and then me, that I just wanted to pay for a card, my best option was not to buy it and leave since I didn't see her willing to help me, terrible service

   Absolutely outstanding customer service from beginning to the end don’t really write reviews but the way this women was upmost so professional and helpful absolutely mind blown. Very respectful and very well mannered and was very patient and this is coming from a young person who doesn’t even write reviews but I had to as she was so wholesome and joyful.    Pretty wide selection for the size of the store. I wouldn't shop here without using the SmartShop app as the price on the shelf doesn't always tell the truth. Depending on the size of my shop I'd say between 10 to 20% of the prices are lure fiction. No idea how Trading Standards don't take aome action on this place, as they don't seem to be able to keep track lf the prices apparently going up very quickly. Even worse when you point it out to the staff they really couldn't care less. One even told me it's because the app prices are different! Unbelievable. Do not shop here unless you have the Sainsbury's app, otherwise your shop could end up being more expensive than you think.

   Not a bad smallish Sainsbury in Lewisham Mall. Has a fairly good selection of food and its own lift to the car park. I would recommend getting your fresh vegetables and fruits at Lewisham market and then anything else you need from here

   Only one checkout open--- LONG queues .No effort made to open another. Till operator says all checkouts being ripped out soon in favour of self serve.Some of us want to served by a HUMAN BEING ! And you must get more pinched Not good enough Sainsburys .If this happens I will not be shopping in your outlets again .

   I’m a single disabled woman with service dogs it’s so wonderful to be welcomed into the store with no hassle or stress by your members of staff… and to see you also have a fellow member of staff who is also disabled I believe deaf with learning/ physical disabilities called PETER… this man literally did everything he could to help me and was so polite and kind… it made my entire day to see this I cried… this store is wonderful and an example of what the world should be, thank you(!)

   It's a bad Sainsbury's. The layout is it's worst enemy although I think it's trying hard with what it's given by the shopping centre. Plus side is the staff are actually really nice. I asked an assistant where the eggs are (always a mystery in any Sainsbury's) and he was very helpful and walked me there. Also the cashier (there were many which was nice to see) was very friendly and actually left me smiling after visiting a supermarket. That's a very rare experience nowadays.
