   The lady at the till this evening has a terrible attitude, not one you should have when dealing with customers. Absolutely shocking - to progress you have to work with your customer not against them. How about greeting with a hello and ending with a goodbye. The gentleman dealing with the stock with the braids is very respectful helping customers but the lady at the till, a young lady is extremely rude and disrespectful. Do your job with a ounce of pride or change it

   Avoid this place if you don't want to be accused to be a thief and not receiving an apology for the false accusation. I would give 0 stars if possible. I went there to collect some food for a charity I am volunteering with. The collection was at 20.30. I arrived there at 20.30 but the food was not ready and I was told "it will be ready soon". In the meantime, I decided to buy a pack of 24 cans of coke. I went to the scanner and there was an issue. I then moved to the next scanner, paid and went to put the pack in my car. When I was outside, I heard someone behind me (security guard) saying I didn't pay and that I should go back and pay. I went back explaining I had paid but he kept insisting saying "no I saw you at this scan, you didn't pay and now you have to pay for the stuff you have taken". Unfortunately, I didn't print the receipt so I asked him to check the scanner I used to pay for. He didn't listen and kept saying I should pay. There were people in the store and everyone stared at him accusing me of being a thief. The other staff in the Tesco didn't even come to check what the issue was. In the end, I had to show him the latest transaction of my credit card and he stopped saying that I had to pay. He didn't even apologize for the mistake and I think this is really poor. I went there to collect some food for the charity and I was accused of being a thief without even receiving an apology for the mistake. Tesco you should really train your staff to give a better customer service. I understand they are doing their job but really an apology after all this was a MUST.

   This shop was very convenient for me however, this evening this changed. After scanning my small amount of shopping on the self checkout and paying on my card i was challenged by the security officer as i was lelving the store as he claims he didn't see me at the till paying for my shopping.Thankfully the self service machine was able to print out a receipt for me which, i was able to produce. I will not be going back and i will shop in comfort somewhere else.

   Very convenient and always well stocked. Tracey in particular makes this Tesco, she's incredibly friendly, helpful and always has a smile. Tracey alone deserves the five stars.

   Easy to find yourself around this store. They have basic essentials like catfood, bread, milk, toilet roll, tea and coffee, snacks, etc. I also find the cashiers to be very kind and caring and they treat everyone with respect. Tracey (blonde hair in a ponytail with a fringe) in particular has always been nice to every person and is super helpful.

   Nice little branch if you just want one of two items or looking for emergency items. The queues can get long in here even during Covid lockdown and don't see much social distancing taking place.

   This is a unhygenic store creating risks for the spreading of COVID19.Contactless not working on the self checkout, Had to touch the PIN pad, No hand sanitizer anywhere, 3 recent 1 star reviews says it all! Compared to other stores - expensive, 0 customer service, The security guard tried to accuse me of scanning and noy paying as well but I challenged this and prepared my receipt. It's very clear that management do not care about the public and their staff who are also very inattentive. Disgusted that this store serves the local community
