   They open late and close for an hour during day, 2pm - 3pm. Close 5.30pm. Why not pay for extra staff so it's not shut for an hour in middle of day?

   Very unprofessional service. I was told to wait to be seen, then completely forgotten about and asked again why I was even there. The pharmacist with short blonde hair was rude and insensitive, making unnecessary blunt comments instead of communicating respectfully. I came for care, not criticism. I won’t be returning.

   zero self service or anyone working checkout forces everyone to wait in the pharmacy queue even if the transaction would take less than 10 seconds. made me late to a class today, had to walk out. go to superdrug instead where they actually serve you.

   Every time I wait to receive a text saying my prescription is ready, and every time I wait over two weeks. I then have to go in and ask for my prescription, which takes 30mins to get ready, and they always give me the wrong number of tablets. This happened every single time I got my medication from boots, which was around 6 times, before I swapped to a different pharmacy. Staff are lovely but clearly no organisation.

   I rang the store today seeking help with a prescription which was at Boots LGI Leeds. I had tried to call them numerous times but the phone was never answered. I spoke with Geeta at the Headingley branch who went out of her way to help me solve my problem, trying to contact Boots LGI on my behalf then ringing me back with alternative phone numbers. I’ve rarely come across such excellent, kind and caring customer service. Thanks Geeta, really appreciated your support. Boots management, hope you appreciate her too!

   Extremely rude manager. Told me to return the item from boots it was bought which is quite far away from my home. He did not know about the return policy on cosmetics, I had to open the website and show him the policy even then he said they can't take it back which he did take it back at the end. Theres certainly lack of training and the behaviour was absolutely appalling.

   I sympathise about the staff illnesses and I wish whomever a speedy recovery, however when you need to pick up a prescription that you receive a message saying it’s ready for pick up and you arrive to find the shop is closed and not their lunch hour closed, it’s not a great start to anyones day.

   I visited boots as I had ran out of my asthma medication and I was away from home working on the rugby league world cup! I did not know what to do! They gave me advice and I had my medication within a few hours thank you very much.

   Quite dissatisfied with the service at this Boots. The assistant was not very well trained. I used a gift card and she didn't appear to know how to deal with it! There was confusion and she didn't seem bothered. Another assistant obviously more experienced did come to help. I shop at Boots alot not sure will be going back to this particular shop. Very disappointing.
