Car parking is excellent but there is something very depressing about this store when you're in it. Is it the lighting? The customer toilet lock was faulty and a man opened the door while I was in there. Very embarrassing for both of us. Where has the cafe gone? People used to enjoy using it.

The disrespect in this establishment is an absolute joke. I brought a wart removal cream to the counter and the young server was continuously smirking throughout the whole transaction. Buying this product made me feel embarrassment and shame. Shame on their customer service!

It is a Waitrose, so expect nice staff and high prices. At the end of the day, the yellow stickers are well worth a visit.

My to go food shopping place. Waitros really stepped up lowering prices but keeping the quality. Only place apart of food markets where fruits and veggies taste like they suppose to. Amazing organic range and many sales and discounts if you're regular shopper.

Plenty of free parking. Wide isles so little jostling. Well stocked. Smashing coffee shop.

Not my favourite Waitrose store. Seems often to have a space on the shelf for the product I want. Never enough ( or any!) bread of the sort I want and they don't slice it for you. The voucher system is cumbersome and, often, once I have selected the vouchers to use in store, I find they don't have the product and I really wish you could deslect the chosen voucher and pick another one. But the system is rigid - I suppose the answer is not to select the vouchers in advance but do it in store when you know they have the product on the shelf. They make it really hard to save money. I do like a lot of Waitrose products. I just don't like this store. So I go elsewhere to do my big shop.

I visited last week to do a top-up shop. I got nearly everything I wanted but wanted something that was not on the shelf. Spoke to the manager who was extremely helpful. He went to the stock room and got what I wanted. The staff is always friendly. The only thing I dont like is this push to use the self-checkouts which I hate. I seem to get into a bit of a mess with worrying if everything has been scanned and also I just feel it is a way of not having staff. Beside this, I really like this store

A store can as does this one provide all the food products anyone could possibly want. The members of staff to whom I've spoken have always been very helpful. though they are increasingly difficult to find: (I've since learned that waitrose has reduced its staff numbers by thousands, since 2015, to reduce costs; it's not working, as it creates a panicky impression, and suggests that a cheeseparing approach that takes its customers for granted has been chosen: most unwise). But the photo' below demonstrates why not all of our experiences are determined by its staff, but by what mankind inflicts upon itself. For the woman whose disablement didn't prevent her from pushing a full trolley around and out of the store, but did prevent her from returning it to the trolley bay just a few yards to her left, and so abandoned it next to her car to roll into mine, before pulling away, this shall be a new thought. If she chances upon it, here, I hope this new enlightenment improves the shopping experience for future visitors.

Little bit disappointed today 1st time .. Love dogs.. but not on public clothe seats.. spoke to member of staff which was resolved. Dog owners need to be considerate to the furnishings and other customers as well as the business.. food health allergies and hygiene ..it's the owners responsibility in the 1st instant...!! Think signs might be an option.
