   Today when shopping at Waitrose Bromley an Assistant with red hair serving on cold meats/cheese counter had hair falling over side of her face which she kept having to place behind her ears with her fingers then handle provisions being sold on counter. I spoke to Waitrose partner (Hayley) to express my shock that the assistant was handling food and constantly touching her hair. I thought Hayley would have asked her to put a net hat on but instead she shouted out to another assistant to serve me. Very bad customer care Waitrose.

   The way this store handles Deliveroo orders is simply appalling. Staff just cannot be bothered to muster up the effort to pick the items and mark 90% of your order as out of stock. Many times the items are actually easily found in stock in the store! Not up to Waitrose standards at all. A complete disgrace to the brand.

   This Waitrose is spacious and I find it very convenient as I can shop at my own pace. The only downside is that there is no well-maintained pedestrian path from the station to the store, but this is my favorite Waitrose in London.

   I’d like to give a glowing review to Waitrose for their kindness and generosity towards me not only was a vision impaired volunteer working with the puppy pill. They constantly made sure that I was okay offering me tea making sure that I was safe the store manager I don’t believe I’ve got their name was kind hearted welcoming just a pleasure to be around. The staff are amazing. They constantly bought me tea and I’m a happy girl with just a cup of tea in my hand smiling and members of the public greeting them well doing my collection I just want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you Waitrose Bromley for allowing me to be in your store for two days this Sunday and last Sunday we miss regards Kim canagasabey A.k.a. visual impaired poppy pill volunteer with the pink cane

   Store was quiet for a Saturday morning but getting busier. Fresh fruit and vegetables available although some short on stock, could be a problem as it was just after opening. There was only one main checkout open but the member of staff managed to keep the queue moving whilst taking time to interact with customers. This is one of the main reasons to keep shopping at Waitrose: friendly and helpful staff!

   Walkway to shop from A21 strewn with rubbish. Lots of rubbish in car park. Doesn't give a good impression. Fruit and veg not always great quality.

   This store used to be great, lovely staff, great location. Now they have some awful parking parasite company that issues 'fines' (technically they're just invoices) and acts like they're the law in harassing you for payment, and the shop customer services back them up! The parking signs don't exactly catch your eye, what a scam. I shop at Sainsbury's now as the one time I forgot to validate my ticket there they cancelled their 'fine' on the spot :)

   Went first thing Saturday. Quiet and well stocked. Helpful lady at till. Good offers currently on six bottles of wine ( mixed if preferred ). Lots of Chritmas favourites.
