   Great pharmacy. Always friendly and helpful. A couple of times there has been a problem with my meds - all my fault because I didn't order them in time. They have helped me so much in times such as these, and managed to rush my prescription through once I have had it signed off by my Dr. Very happy to use this pharmacy.

   Useless C U NEXT Tuesdays have not got a clue refused to sell me otc medication which I need for sleep don't use these set off you know what's, I will be reporting this pharmacy to the MHRA and GPHC for lying and abusing potential patients wasting my time and the valuable NHS over some sleeping tablets happy to sell nytol though which is worse for your body than sominex! I even had to inform the pharmacist that sominex is promethazine not diphenhydramine that's how stupid they are!

   The last 3 times I've been in here I've been given fake £5 notes in my change, always forget to check before I leave the shop. Someone is either taking them and not realising or one of your staff is knowingly passing out fake notes.

   Today between just after 2pm and 4pm I have tried to ring Well pharmacy at Morley 36 times, but my call just gets ended. Absolutely ridiculous.

   Absolutely shocking service dying man never gets his meds in time.. the ones that keeps him alive.. needs his injections by 1030 this morning other wise it’s a risk to his life but they hang up because they don’t like been shouted out.. that the least of the worries if he does believe me.. never answer phone rude and Dam right useless by all accounts even the NHS nurses that attend are saying they are putting ins complaint in there playing with peoples life.. disgusting service

   Shocking is the only word for the people who work here My Mrs has a serious heart condition we phone to check that our meds were ready we were told yes when I got my meds some where missing when I rang the so called manager won't let me explain that meds were missing and tells us if we're not happy change pharmacy.considering people who work here deal with ill and sick people the customer service I can guarantee will make you ill Google has this pharmacy at 3 stars I believe this is 3 too many Avoid at all cost horrible horrible staff making disabled people wait even more time for there medications even tho they tell you it's ready It's disturbing to say the least

   Unlike my previous pharmacy in Morley all the staff at Wells are polite and helpful, never had a problem at this pharmacy, pharmacist took time to telephone me regarding new medication to see if I was getting on ok. Would recommend
