Been to Boots pharmacy in Morley today and asked for a over the counter medicine which l have been taking for years and the guy refused to sell it to me , arguing with me,in front of all other customers,he doesn't know the difference between vertigo and dizziness, how is he a pharmacist? He shouldn't be working in a pharmacy and dealing with medication. Not worth reporting,as they look after their own, dissatisfied.

Absolutely shocking customer service at the Boots pharmacy at Morley. When making an enquiry re a certain product was met with a very, very unhelpful and very sarcastic female member of staff so much so I left the store. I am sure other stores and staff aren't as bad but it has put me off using Boots full stop. You expect a company with the long standing reputation as Boots to give a better service and employ better staff. Obviously now customer service and care is no longer a factor with them and they don't care about their customers. Will now go elsewhere and pass my thoughts on to family and friends.

Terrible experience at the Morley branch. Joined up to a contact lense trial. Left waiting for 15 mins. Then shown up to a room with a non adjustable chair and a wonky mirror. I've never had contacts before so expected something a bit better, certainly more modern. Wouldn't give me my contact lense prescription as I'd failed in putting them in. Hello! Struggled to get my glasses prescription. A complete and utter farce. Whilst I was in the shop falling asleep a customer was told 2 different prices at opposite ends of the spectrum one commenting it's a good job I was here to correct you. I kid you not. My in-laws went for hearing tests and again were taken upstairs to what appeared to be little more than a store cupboard. They couldn't complete the tests due to noise from downstairs in the shop. Utterly appalling. My in-law was supposed to be referred but when they rang up to check they'd not done it. I've also been referred to the hospital but I'll probably be dead as they are so incompetent they've probably forgot.

Popped up yesterday for some bits..your chemist in training was so helpful, informative and humorous. Thank you. Am still up sweating with the menopause but not naked on the town hall steps....hahaha I have taken my first red clover and fingers crossed.

Nipped into store today. The "hand sanitizer" at the entrance was clearly water. Felt runny, so I smelled it.. low and behold it was water. We're in the middle of a pandemic for goodness sake...there's plenty of sanitizer on the shelf you could use. Or better still remove the sanitizing station at the door- more people touch the pump than anything else in the shop. Shocking for a pharmacy!!

Absolutely disgusting service. Health service tell you if it isnt urgent to go ask at your local pharmacy whats the point when they dont listen , and they are rude and cocky in their attitude towards you.Wont be going back as there are plenty of other chemists in the area far more helpful.Only got 1 star as it wouldnt let me leave none
