   I normally have no problems here. But went to pick my meds up today and was told there was no pharmacist to help me as my perscription is protected. They were all on lunch! I was told to come back after 2pm, I can't as I work fulltime and they're shut when I'm finished. No warning about this. Make sure you have enough pharmacists to cover please! Wasted time.

   Prescriptions are always ready on time and staff are friendly and helpful. We ordered very important meds at 2pm on a Friday after urgently realising we'd run out while on holiday the following week. We dropped in at 4.30 to explain the urgency and they'd already filled the prescription! Quality team.

   Mixed experiences here. Recent visit blonde lady really talked down to me, so much so that I have changed my allocated pharmacy. Women in back bitching about customers today. The pharmacist was helpful last time I saw him and the male staff members are helpful. Often left waiting to be served whilst the phone rings out.

   If i could zero star i would, but fortunately i cant so its 1 star. Bought wrist band for my partner(forgot which hand she needed so to for both) staff told me if not opened i can return. 20min later came back to return and been told i cant because it was opened. Why should i open a box if i kept only the box i needed. So staff should make sure thorough check before selling items, as they on display already opened! Also reported the pharmacy to quality report. Worst pharmacy ever! Avoid if you can!

   Worst Pharmacy ever rude staff and arrogant. I went to pick a prescription and when I challenged back that they shouldn't charge for two items in the prescription they said that's the way it is. I left saying this is ridiculous and the girl started laughing behind my back. Even if I am on the wrong side you don't laugh at someone's back. I will never get my prescriptions from this pharmacy again. I would rather travel two miles to go and get them.

   Always find the staff helpful. Yes you can wait a long time on hold on the phone but I've never waited long in the pharmacy. Jill who recently retired & Linda are extremely helpful. I realise they are very busy but never had any problems. Always great service.

   The staff I have dealt with have been rude and unhelpful, getting through on the phone is akin to building a sand castle with an incoming tide... Impossible. I have been trying to get hold of someone for 3 days, apparently they are open so what are they doing while the phone is ringing? I was encouraged to use their app to order my repeat prescription and told it would be delivered within 3 to 5 days of ordering, sadly this has not happened. The pharmacy says they don't get my orders even though it clearly says on the app that they have received the order and approved it. The blame the Dr's surgery every time yet when I speak to the surgery they say they have had no requests from the pharmacy. It seems to me they do not do the job properly and when confronted with a problem they pass it to the surgery instead of admitting they can't sort anything out. I am disabled and shielding so need my prescription delivered yet because Freemans pharmacy can't actually do as they claim I have repeatedly been left without medication. 2 of the meds result in severe effects if they are not taken every single day yet the pharmacy seems to think this is fine, my last conversation with them I was told I was overreacting and it's not as if I would die without the medication... As I could actually die without it not only is this dangerous its completely unacceptable. I have found another delivery service and will no longer use this pharmacy, in fact I would rather die than give them my money or time ever again.
