Fed up with the lack of staff behind the tills. Always too busy to deal with Uber deliveries. Either don't provide this service or get more staff. I've shopped there for over 20 years and now only shop at Morrison. Always have someone behind the till and extremely friendly.

I'm sorry to say that your new store layout which is apparently to halt shop lifting, it makes popping in for groceries a treasure hunt. None of your staff know where anything is. Its an absolute mess of a store. Sainsbury's you should be ashamed. With the exception of the delightful 'purple haired lady' your staff all need training in manners!!!

Same experience as others. Never anyone on the till. When you hunt around the store to find someone, you get told to use the self service check out. When you explain you've got wine that needs approval and the security cap removing, they tell you, no problem, someone will come over. Once you've completed your shop, you then have to hunt around the store yet again to find someone to do this. When you ask them, they 'tut' and sigh, often using their colleague radio to push the task onto someone else. It's not all of them to be fair, but they really do seem to resent customers who want a personal service. SAINSBURYS - why are you ignoring all this feedback? Don't you care? I've been a lifelong Sainsburys customer like my parents before me, but this store - and to be frank - most of the 'local' stores are expensive with appalling service. What a shame you have traded in your values of good customer service for profit.

Sainsbury's (Hayes Station Approach) is a very convenient store to grab your snack and drink on the go. Self service tills are available. The display is ok. Moreover, it is easy to walk to this store from Hayes train station.

Getting fed up of going in here and having to ask a member of staff to serve me because thereβs never any one on the main till. If I didnβt ask someone god knows how long Iβd be waiting before one of the (mostly) dopey staff noticed I was there!!!

Prices expensive. Was given the opportunity to give feedback when I was given the receipt. Could not do because the Store No and transaction no was not or did not appear to be on my receipts.

Awful local shop only used as a necessity. Understaffed by people who largely communicate in some Asian language. Staff not representative of the local community. They push you towards self service tills as the main counter is permanently empty. Why do I need to be told that the self service counters are available, I shouldn't have to explain myself to a company and staff that aren't doing their job properly

I tried to return an item bought from argos, and was collected from another Sainsbury's store. The staff member claimed that it is not possible as the item was not collected from this store. This is in clear contrast to argos website, which clearly states that items can be returned to any sainsbury's collection points, even if they were home- delivered. The staff member did not even entertain the idea that he might be wrong, and refused to return it. I had to drive to another Sainsbury's store (different from where I collected the item) and return it without any issue.
