   If you can support any other shop around (either any on francis road or down Newport) please do. The staff that work here will act like you're inconveniencing them, will yell at you and demand "what do you want?", throw parcels that have "fragile" stickers, will lose your parcels, etc. I've seen it all at this shop and it's never good.

   I came to this shop for a small purchase and was in next in line. When I got to the counter the man serving said “collection? Collection? Collection?” I said “huh, no” then he said “then what do you need, what do you want?!” I immediately was taken back and said “there’s no way I’m getting spoken to like this” and the man standing by the door who also works there just smirked and laughed. I will not be returning to this shop. This is not the customer service anyone should receive and I will not tolerate this. UNACCEPTABLE.

   Excellent customer service! This is the friendliest and most helpful corner shop in the area. I went there to drop off a FedEx package only to find out there was a problem with the label I had printed. The gentleman at the till kindly offered to hold on to my package until I come back with the new label the next day. Little gesture but it goes a long way and definitely left an impact on me. I’m so grateful for your help. Thank you.

   It’s got everything you’d need for a local shop. Some nice organic and high end products too although the fresh fruit and veg has suffered a bit re quality when it changed owners. Still pretty handy to have it open until 8pm.

   Good choice of Eastern European food but some of the products are not consistent which might be caused by the current Covid situation. The fresh baked pastry is amazing and deserves 5+ stars along with the freshly made desserts to which I will give 4 stars. I would not describe the staff as friendly but that's probably due to cultural differences. Overall, I love shopping there as there is wider variety of food compared to other convinient shops.
