   I’m a bit surprised by some of the other reviews, as my experience at Londis on Wood Street has always been great. The staff are consistently polite and helpful, and it’s really convenient that they accept Evri and Collect+.

   They weren't very happy about showing me how to use the automated arrangements for Evri/Hermes. Grudgingly gave me a receipt then refused to take the very small package unless I took the backing from a sticker they put on it. Evidently they "have no bin". I put the package down and went. It's been received by Evri which is the main thing. Self service kit in shops needs a bit of support. Maybe they thought I was stupid and too assertive (I grew irritated but I was friendly enough at first, I reckon). Maybe the three of them were busy but it didn't look like it. Next time I'll take my daughter - she knows her way around computer systems. But it will probably be elsewhere. I'd use the place for other services - e.g. to buy a paper or provisions - as it's open long hours.

   Very rude staff don’t want to help you with anything but will kindly waste their time arguing with you. I always return my parcels here as it’s my local shop but will have to rethink about this. Even the manager of the store is rude and unhelpful to customers. I’m just wondering what they’d do if it was an urgent emergency. They do not have any sense of care towards their customers. The off license down the road had to help me instead. Very disappointed with them today

   The short guy dealing with the parcels has no manners whatsoever! He's impatient, rude and a racist. He happily serves people of a certain colour who are queued up BEHIND me before me. He's constantly rushing me too. Will be avoiding this place from now on!
