Lousy customer service, manager was very hostile, they treat vulnerable people like Garbage. AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This tesco is so bad it might as well be a co-op. Never has anything useful stocked for actual cooking only junk food and pre-made rubbish
Visited Tesco on Wood Street last Sunday for shopping. The security person was very helpful and professional.
I went to Tescos woodstreet 15 minutes before they closed. When i approached i realised the door had been locked. I was told I wasn’t allowed in as “they are closed” when they advise that they close at 11pm. The worker also scanned his shopping while I was left waiting outside not allowed to enter. They were all very rude and unprofessional. The ones in the pictures are the workers responsible.
From what I know , selling products that are well over it's expiry date is illegal,seems that people in this shop just enjoy being rude , unprofessional and condescending. People always seem to have an attitude whenever I go to shop there,if they're so upset all the time maybe it's time to either pay them better? Tesco quality is poor
Friendly staff and economically priced produce
Closing a store because of a leak that's been going on for almost two weeks is ridiculous. Today I had to wait again more than twenty minutes to do my shopping. Might be worth fixing this leak after all. !!! also the service of the store is amateur !!!
I go there regularly because they stock most of the things I like. The prices are good. Only thing is say is a negative is, they need a few more staff in the store.
Sorry , but it’s hopeless . Loads of staff doing nothing , then only one on the till. Usually one of them outside smoking . Freezers are always breaking down - at best they have no frozen food , quite often they just close entire shop. Selection of stuff varies from day to day. Drives me round the bend , but then Co op up the road is just as bad.
Ngl Tesco is my least favourite supermarket but the staff in this Express are phenomenal. I must've been to this Tesco around 8 times and I would say in at least 6 of those there was a difficult and disruptive customer for them to deal with. Each time I saw several different members of staff exert utmost patience and compassion for individuals who were, ultimately, struggling. The behaviour, mentality and professional qualities of those working at this wood street store absolutely guarantee our return. Thanks for such integrity x
