Very busy but understandable for the time of the year Was surprised to see no gaps on the shelves staff must have been working fast to keep the shelves stocked.

I had a wonderful experience today! Kalpana greeted me with a warm smile and provided truly cheerful and attentive service throughout my visit. She made me feel welcome and taken care of, and her positive attitude really stood out. Thank you, Kalpana, for making my day brighter β€” outstanding customer service!

Too many 3-for-2 offers. It's not a discount, they're just overcharging people who need just one or two of an item - under the pretence of a discount... Namely anyone who's single or the elderly. Morrisons is the same. These 'offers' lead to food waste and/or over-eating. Lidl have a better reward-based model that encourages loyalty rather than one which punishes.

I’ve been shopping at this store for years, but the past two weeks have been extremely disappointing and honestly quite concerning. Nearly all of the refrigerated products I’ve purchased recently have been spoiled even though they were still well within their expiration dates. I bought chicken twice, and both times it had already gone bad when I opened the package, despite having 4–5 days left before the β€œuse by” date. I also bought kefir that wasn’t expired it had almost a month left yet when I drank half a cup, I noticed thick, yogurt-like clumps indicating it had spoiled. To make matters worse, when I tried to return or exchange the spoiled chicken, the customer service representative implied that it might have gone bad at home instead of acknowledging the issue even though I had just opened the package and it was clearly not close to expiring. Instead of an apology or support, I felt dismissed. The most alarming incident happened to my neighbor: they bought Ben & Jerry’s ice cream for their guests, and everyone who ate the ice cream got sick, while those who didn’t eat it felt fine. This strongly suggests there may be a problem with how cold-chain products are being stored or transported. I’m sharing my experience because I believe customers should be aware and check refrigerated items very carefully. I truly hope the store addresses these serious cold-storage and product-handling problems as soon as possible.

A key Sainsbury's site with a wide array of products and a nice feel. However the experience is very much blighted by the experience at the entrance and the poor toilet facilities. The toilets are frequently out of service and indeed all but the disabled loo seems to have been permanently closed! There are often people outside the entrance by begging. It doesn't seem to be very well managed overall. Disappointing

This branch introduced a euro car park scheme last year, which entails free parking up to 2 hours if you spend over Β£10. I use this beach at least twice a week and diligently obtain my exit voucher and follow the procedures required to exit the car park. However, I have been issued two parking tickets for not doing so and have had to waste my time appealing against them, providing evidence of my purchases. The machines are often out of order and the system not working. I have chosen to shop elsewhere due to this.

It's Sainsbury's. It's pretty much like most other Sainsbury's. Bigger than some, smaller than others. It does have an Argos inside. It has a car park. It also has a sushi display cabinet with freshly prepared sushi. Staff are hit and miss, some of them are amazing, so of them are quite as amazing. A few product lines run out frequently even though they are prime sellers, so a bit disappointing and frustrating when I have to walk across town to Waitrose to get them.

The shop itself has a great variety and is often stocked well. However, beware with the parking. You need to receive a parking ticket at the till, then enter your number plate and scan ticket at the units outside. If you don't, expect a significant fine through your letter box!

Never enough tills open. The self service tills never work very well and they take up way too much space. Personally I feel that getting rid of half of them and actually having more cashiers would improve the store dramatically. There are some really nice store workers there that makes shopping there just about worth while.

Large Sainsbury’s store. Argos is inside. Customer toilet is available. Free parking for 2 hours if you purchased at here for more than Β£10. You need to ask staff to give you a QR code voucher and validate your parking at the machine outside.
