Friendly staff and clean store. Toilets are available and clean. Very helpful all round. They have parking on site too and shelves well stocked. Great!
Another irresponsible shop in Bromley area... Does the Bromley council care about something in there? They sell expired MEDICATIONS ! and no one cares... I bought this expired test in September 2025 and returned it to this disgusting Tesco store mentioning that all those tests were expired. Despite on this, visiting the same shop again on 5 November 2025!! I found all the same rubbish medications on shelves!!@@ No One Cares.. They deliberately destroy humans health... Where is the control system on them?! How is it possible?
Horrid staff, if i could give 0 stars i would. Young girl, brown hair spoke to me like i was shit on her shoe. I am Nigerian and she immediately acted oddly around me, but not the white customers before? I will get her name, next time i have to take an unfortunate trip there. avoid. Manager needs to have a word with that girl, she was in on 4th september.
I got a £40 parking ticket for using their own EV charging pod that charged at 7kw ( the sloth of chargers) with no limit on the time or amount you can charge, so basically you get around 40 miles for a 3 hour charge! They claim it’s an external Company that they employ!!
Friday evening - store pack with customers and lanes are blocked by all empty boxes + loading of shelves still in progress. Where customer should walk and how a customer should access blocked shelves ? Where the Tesco experience has gone ? Seeing this things from last couple of months and getting really disappointed.
It's a nice mid sized Tesco. Staff are great, stock is good, but having 4 self service tills for everyone (plus often 2-3 staffed tills) often leads to 20 people in a queue which as many people have trolleys does mean 5-10 minutes queues even when quiet, which is a bit odd
Variety of products, well spaced and the timings are great specially if you wish to pick something late night. Having a Tesco card is beneficial as it gives you discounts. Would encourage customers to use the self scanning service as it helps beat the queues.
Not a huge tesco but big enough for what most people want/need. Big plus are the 4 free EV charging parking spaces.
Staff is very friendly, there are POD (eletric car charging) facilities and a good variety of products. Cons are that parking lot gets full quickly on peak times, store layout is not super intuitive but the biggest flaw is that there are only 4 self check outs which is not enough, for the size of this store there should be at least 10 self checkouts.
