   The woman in this shop is an absolute liar and a thief. Avoid this place at all costs, or your parcel will likely go missing. When I went to collect my UPS delivery, she insisted that I needed a 'code' to release it, even though neither the UPS email nor the website mentioned any such requirement. She then claimed she hadn't even received the parcel. It wasn't until I called UPS to confirm that no code was needed, and returned the next day to demand my item, that a different lady in the shop finally handed it to me. No apology, no manners—just fraud and shameless behavior.

   I had issues with them! They are sent totally different products to me. I ordered via Deliveroo and not even one item was matched. I contact them too and I told them the Deliveroo not giving me the refund. They said call them back next day and they will make some compensation. I did call them back and suddenly they don’t want to to that. The lady said they did not charge me! Yes you did! You made a mistake, you admit it then you wash your hand! Shame! I just want my money back! I made the screenshot today and the transaction happened on 5th of December!

   Don’t come to this place to drop your royal mail postage, I sent it off here and the status has been the same over a month bunch of scums , products worth of £300 . It was so obvious the lady was in on it because i came the day after and she acted confused couldn’t find the package and i asked for manager she wouldn’t tell me and told me to go away. Go post office or somewhere else , As I guarantee your item will be stolen by these people.

   Don’t do ups. Been here several times, always come up with a justification not to pick up the package although it’s a ups access point.

   Absolutely terrible experience! The shop has a sign clearly stating they accept parcels, and the seller’s website also confirms it. Yet, when I tried to drop off my package, the staff rudely refused and told me to go to the post office instead. No explanation, no help—just attitude. If they don’t want to provide the service, they shouldn’t advertise it!

   Good products, but the customer service of one certain woman ruins it all. If she speaks to me again in a rude way, I will start filing complaints until I get tired. I was furloughed in my job, so I have plenty of time.

   The most insufferable cashier woman ever, it is like you are offending her if you step and buy from her store. Yes, you, the brunette who doesn't even say hi or bye, or a small thank you in the end, the people in this neighbourhood buying are keeping your business open. Be nice, don't be like the Communist cashiers in the sovietic times!

   The shop where you find products that 2 weeks ago cost £1.8 and now are £5.00. Hope the owner is proud of him in a sensitive situation like this to take advantage of us, Romanian people. Never gone go back there again....
