   Criminally understaffed - poor guy at the checkout is dealing with his queue whilst doing id’s and issues for self check out with a line coming most of the way around the shop. Another staff member trying to refill and take out old stock. Same story from a lot of small Tesco’s - prices are higher than ever (over £3 for a bottle of ketchup??) whilst staff members are struggling to cover all bases. Employ more people, stop price gouging.

   An Indian Security guard comes sometimes is very rude and disrespected my Apple Pay was not working and he start shouting and abusing by saying if your apple is not working u should ask for help as there is another people waiting so I told him that's why I called u so help me what should I do and he is like being your card and I went to bring my card so when I was on the machine again to pay he shout oyyy go to the till and I said just calm down I am a customer if u can't help at least don't abuse I paid my bill and came out

   Convenient store with good opening times. Store was ok, security polite, staff slowm store is very cramped but holds a variety of essentials.

   This place employs a few sleazy men. Very uncomfortable for women - I’ve witnessed a young girl having unwarranted attention from a male staff in his 40s, south Asian decent. She did not reciprocate and he just became rude. It was scary.

   Rude staff, poor customer service. I had a Vodafone voucher to use but the lady at the till kept insisting they would not accept it, she even refused to scan it when I asked her to try. She then called a colleague who also said they didn’t accept Vodafone voucher (even if I told them I am 100% sure I have used them at the same store in the past). Eventually they called a manager who asked the lady to scan it and guess what…it worked. Be humble and admit you’re not always right, listen to your customers.

   A typical Tesco Express, not especially well-stocked, but decent enough for essentials like bakery goods, fruit and veg, snacks and drinks, and other common grocery items. Staff are friendly and helpful. The shop is conveniently open 7 days a week from 6am-11pm. There's a Click+Collect service and a neighbouring ATM that doesn't charge for withdrawals.
