Good pharmacy. The only one thing I would change is, one more staff member! Everytime I go in it's always a long wait. Never anymore than 2 staff on at a time
I find the staff in this store consistently rude and dismissive. Each time I visit, I’m left standing there without any acknowledgment while they continue typing on their system. A simple “Hi, I’ll be with you shortly” would make a difference, but instead the first word I hear is usually just “Yes” — without eye contact or courtesy. This has happened repeatedly, and the store manager in particular sets a very poor example. Because of this ongoing lack of respect and professionalism, I have now moved my prescriptions to Wells. .My strong advice: the entire team needs proper customer service training, starting with the store manager.
This branch has definitely improved its customer service. Thank you Stacey for solving an issue with my prescription ( not the pharmacy’s fault). I really appreciated your professionalism and helpfulness regarding this matter.
They don't answer the connected phone and aren't efficient when it comes to providing customer service and medication. I was sent a script from the hospital for IMmediate use regarding a perforated eardrum. I went in to boots 1 day after the script was sent over and I was told it would be available. It was not. This is also not the first time this Bramley branch has failed, I have seen countless customers leave unsatisfied due to rude customer service from the goblins behind the counter. I would kindly recommend anyone/everyone to use the pharmacist a couple of doors above Boots, they are more reliable.

This place used to be super efficient with lovely polite and friendly staff. Around six months ago (August 2022 ish) the entire team changed. I haven’t seen any of the old staff since. The new team are terrible in comparison. Not friendly. Not helpful. Slow. My prescription usually takes four days to be ready from when the doctor sends it over which is ridiculous. Extremely disappointing. Bring back the old team!

Never had an issue in store, they always deal with customers as fast as they can and I've not experienced any rudeness from staff, quite the opposite actually as they've always been polite and respectful. The only issue is trying to call and speak to someone as they NEVER answer phones, that's if they don't have the phone disconnected and it actually rings. It's not great when you work and need to know if they have your prescription ready, especially when you don't have time to stand around waiting in store.
Not even worth a star, the staff are point blank rude talk about patients behind counter, talk rudely and never have a smile on there face refuse to give you a prescription back to try at a different chemist so avoid at all cost never have what you need absolute disgrace off a chemist I must say my self will not be using these again.
