   Very rude! Usually have no issues whatsoever very polite however I’ve just gone in today to be met by a woman called Karen who was extremely rude and dismissive, looking down on customers is completely unacceptable!! Pulling a face because I brought back unopened medication that was no longer needed, even though I was very apologetic but I’m pretty certain you take it back to chemist to dispose of it correctly just to be greeted with that woman who it was an ‘inconvenience’ to, just cut me off talking to speak to someone else. Tried to get oral thrush treatment for my young son as advised online and by the GP and they wouldn’t listen just told me no, baring in mind it’s Friday and I can’t get into the doctors! Gone completely down hill and quite frankly need staff who know how to treat patients and customers!!!

   After checking when my prescription was last issued by my doctors, 26th June. I called in to ask when they reordered and when I could expect my prescription. No note of it being ordered and couldn’t give exact date it would be ready. This is the 5th time this has happened, last time my repeat was filed in 2 monthly order box. On the way out another customer said it had happened to her and she had to get another prescription from her doctor as they had lost her original one. This level of service is not acceptable especially when the drugs are for a heart condition. Can’t risk it happening again so will find a better pharmacy, shouldn’t be difficult.

   One of the worst pharmacy in Uk, your can ring them several times they will intentionally not pick up. I rang them for my son prescription on 11/06/2025 from about 15:30. Rang them more than 5 times had to drive down there. Still calling the number only to meet 4 of them in the pharmacy gisting and laughing with nobody on queue and they refused to pick up the call till I walk into the pharmacy. This is about the third time same is happening I just hope they have someone supervising the activity of this particular well pharmacy.

   Unfortunately my prescription wasn't ready after 6 days and she had a very bad behaviour to me.. It's never been happen to me in any other pharmacy.

   So many negative reviews for no reason! I recently switched to this pharmacy from Boots and honestly I'm sad I didn't switch sooner! The pharmacy processes my prescriptions (sent electronically from my GP) within the week, most times it's within 2 days which is perfect. One of my medications is affected by a current global shortage, but the pharmacy does ring me and let's me know that they don't have it in stock. After working in pharmacy myself I know that they can't do anything about it so I'm not annoyed at them in the slightest - it's just how it is. They have also liaised with my GP about their current stock and whether the brand or strength can be changed, which helps me massively (i.e. I don't have to attempt to ring every pharmacy within a 10 mile radius to source my medication). Maybe I have just come to expect so little from pharmacies after dealing with Boots for years, but no I honestly believe that this pharmacy is great. They pick up their phone almost immediately if I need to ring them, and they also send a text reminder when my meds are ready to pick up.

   Absolutely shocking service. You cant even get them to pick up the phone been trying since 0910 and its now 0955 and when you do its put straight back down. Very rare my husband gets all his medication 4 weekly.The shelves are a disgrace i dont know how they know where anything is, theres baskets all over the place stacked up with precsrptions in, totally manic. Theres no organisation whatsoever. Whoever is in charge should be ashamed of themselves. Shouldnt have given it one star, not worthy. CQC need to visit, its certainly not up to standard.

   Appalling service ! Been ringing for 2 days and no answer ! Think they need to employ someone to just answer the phone. The shop is not that big ,so can't be over ran with customers.

   I’ve tried to call nearly 50 times today to check if my daughters medication is in so I can collect it and still nobody has answered. Now I’m going to have take my poorly daughter out in the cold weather just to see to which they probably still won’t have it as they never do even tho I request days in advance.
