   Superb range of continental products always fresh and plentiful. Butcher section is one of the best in the area. Polite staff Handy it has a small car park space for 5-6 cars for your quick 20 mum shop.

   Love this shop. Great selection of fruit and veg, cheeses from Greece, Cyprus and Turkey, great bakery counter and all sorts of staples. Biggest selection of ajvar I've ever seen. Not sure what we'd do without it.

   Today I went to the market to do some shopping and get some coins, and I have been shopping at this Turkish market for a year, but the woman working there at the cash register speaks very disrespectfully. He constantly told me not to rush and gave me directives! The staff and products at the market are good, but the staff I mentioned is disrespectful towards the customers!

   I recently hosted a large party and purchased all my meat in Supermart. I had checked wholesalers and local large supermarkets and the quality of the meat and the reasonable price was so much better. Charlie who works from there made me fresh 60 adult burgers and 10 children. They were the star of the show with people raving about them. Mahmet (I hope I have your name correct) spent ages giving me advice over Lamb shoulder, koftas (made fresh for me) and chicken thighs. I really would recommend here for value and quality. Not to mention the friendly helpful service.

   Poor service today from meat counter 26th Oct 2022 approx 20:15. Greeted with a disgruntled face and "I'm tied up and the scales are not working properly you will have to wait a few mins". Didn't mind waiting but I think he just wanted me to leave so he could carry on. His attitude was that I had disturbed him. After waiting he realised I was actually going to wait he refused to fulfil part of my order answering "I'm busy and I'm not even supposed to be here today I'm covering". Rude behaviour and body language left all my shopping and went to Wood St instead to get meat and other groceries. In all my years of shopping at this location I have never received such rude customer service and made to feel like a burden as a customer. Hope owner/ manager reads this and does something about it.

   As it’s our families regular, local shop, today I decided to go there and get some meat. When i approached the butcher, the guy ignored me for a full 7 minutes (yes i counted) with no welcome. I finally spoke up and said ‘hi, i would like to buy some meat’ and he had the audacity to say ‘im busy’ and turned his back again. After about another minute he turned around and said ‘go do your shopping, im serving people’. As a regular customer i was shocked with the attitude as i do understand its a tiring job, but the behaviour of the butcher was appalling. For the past 4 years or so the management and name has changed several times which did make me and my family upset as it is but we never stopped going there. I miss the management from back in 2015. I am simply disappointed.

   Since the new butcher yusein has started its been my place to go. His amazing service to his customers, his professionalism, is a reason for my 5* rating. Everyday he seems to sell new meat that he makes which gives his customers a variety to choose from. It's lovely to see someone like him enjoying his job and doing the best to make his customers happy.

   It took me 4 years since I move to Highams Park to discover this great store, they have absolutely everything you need for cooking nice fresh meals. I hardly buy anything in the big supermarket chain in Highams park now, this is a much better spot for vegetables, fruits, nuts, pasta, grains, beans, bakes and many more, also you can grab some amazing bargains available there and the Gozleme is a life saviour when you don't want to cook. As a plus the staff is lovely, always friendly and happy to help.

   Ever since the new management has taken over, this is the only place I do my weekly shopping. There is a wide variety of fruit and veg and it is always fresh. I always get my meat from the butchers at Supermart. All staff are really really friendly and always keen to help. Highly recommended.
