   Sadaf is the best member of staff at the Chingford Tesco Express. She is always smiling and has such a helpful personality. She takes the time to talk to customers, especially children. My daughter adores her — once, Sadaf even bought sweets for her on her birthday.

   I came to buy onions in Tesco I use white bag for onions from cash counter one guy came to me at yelling and shouting at me for using the bag he was behaving so rude... I don't expect this kind of customer service from Tesco date 16/02/2025 time 12.03 pm

   The staff was very rude and abrupt! They also swore at me a couple of times and eaven threatened me by saying everything was being recorded which I did not worry about because if it did come down to a court case between Tesco and myself I would be able to prove I am innocent. I would advise 'Tesco' to change their manerism for the better.

   Nice store i am not in often but i get for a smaller store pretty good choice and some really good offers especially related to festival anniversary's and christmas easter ect.Now have motorised w/chair might be much easier to get around!Plus all of the staff hear are wonerous and this includes Security-Consourge.Lovely Store.

   I just wanted to drop my parcel And the staff told me We didn't allowed a moterbike helmet inside a Tesco & I told her there was no sign of helmet that helmet is not allowed inside a store

   They stole my mother's money! We went there to purchase 2 loaves of bread and fresh milk. Went to the only cashier that seemed to be working, a young guy who gave us the impression that he didn't want to be working there. Altogether it came to £2.15, my mother gave him £10, should've been given £7.85. Instead the cashier put on the receipt, change given FIVE POUNDS, and only gave £2.85 change. We were in a rush to leave the shop as we don't like staying in a store too long with COVID 19 etc. It was only after we had left and walked off home that my mother counted her change and spotted the error. She then went back and demanded the correct change back. The cashier's answer to her was to kiss his teeth and ask my mum why didn't she check her own change! Well excuse me if we think it is the responsibility of the CASHIER to do THEIR JOB and give the correct change corresponding to the cash that was given to them. Thank God for taking and not throwing away the receipt! If you have to shop here- it is a miserable experiencing anyways- always pay cashless! You have been warned. Currently writing an email of complaint to Tesco's head office. Use the Sainsbury's around the corner instead- better customer service.

   Not a bad store has everything you need however at least once or twice a week this store opens late, i arrived early today at 05:55. Myself and 4 other people were still standing outside at 06:10 The staff member stood inside by the entrance door, didn't look at us and didn't explain to us why he wasn't opening, he just kept looking at his watch and staring down the road. I was going to be late for work so i had leave before the store opened.
