   The like the receiving way of the supermarket and the counter ppl are very natural and very happily receiving ppl and the supermarket is very neat and clean and hygienic the quality of the bakery items are very fresh and neat . I love the stores and the maintenance.

   Refused an Evri package because tomorrow is a bank holiday and there wont be any collection. How is that relevant to me as a customer. Your shop is open, take it and give to Evri whenever they come. Absolutely silly.

   The shop have so many variety of munchies, like crisps, sweets, chocolates, pastries, cookies, ice cream...etc. Also lots of jar of sauces, noodles, rice, milk, vegs, fruits, drinks, alcohols. It is very convenient and helpful if you need something for the house!

   normally when i come here, the staff r really nice. but this time there was some rude old man, has not an ounce of manners in him. disgusting attitude. you need need to bring the nicer staff but in cause his attitude is ridiculous and sassy.

   I sent a parcel via Parcelhero which uses Evri , i labeled the product and dropped it of at there Manor Supermarket pick up shop, when i checked online it says they received it when i followed the tracking 2 days latter parcel still didn't move so i got in touch with evri and they said i had to go through parcelhero which i did there response was also slow as they said they couldn't get in touch with evri aka ( Hermes ) i kept sending emails fro answers after 10 days they said that my parcel was still at the shop so i went there shop says they don't have it and sometimes the driver doesn't scan goods when collecting which is ridiculous so my parcel is now lost well i dont think it got lost i would say stolen is the (correct) word the shop keeper advised me that i shouldnt send anything above the value of 20 pounds as they get a lot of lost items i would suggest to anybody using this service to stick to the rule that anything they send they are prepared for it to get stolen and especially not to send it through this shop ( Manor Supermarket)as i feel either they took my parcel or the driver,i can see from the comments here they will need to change there service to Crapservice carrier company and stay away from sending anything from this shop The shop was not helpfull in anyway and i guess you would understand why
