    They prices are so high and opening times are 90% not accurate, most of the time, they are shut closed after 12 even though it clearly says 24 hours, the staff will be inside but they just ignore you.

    not 24 hours, it’s not written either online so don’t go between 2:30am-3:30am unless you wanna be stuck stranded outside when it’s 1° and you can’t get a beverage.

    Always not open. Not 24/7 and when me and my friend tried to ask when they open up again the guy just waved us away and pulled a face Day staff are lovely but night staff need to be checked

    Everything is overpriced as hell, they claim to be 24/7 but they close 2 to 3 am… and when there’s an brown Asian man with glasses at night, it doesn’t matter it’s always closed. Right now I had an emergency and the guy basically told me to screw myself it not even 1:30. Very poor service, besides a lovely Afro American lady she’s a 10/10 worker.

    They claim to be a 24h M&S but clearly aren't. They put blockades for cars to not be able to enter (a police car came and had to turn away), and leave a green light with no sign on the door. To put the cherry on top, staff blatantly ignore you, including groups of people at the window in order to not provide service. A complete flop of a 24h shop, very poor service.

    It's not even 11pm and its basically closed. You can't buy anything other than cigarettes or petrol. If you ask the guy behind the desk he won't go and get any other item. Really it's only this member of staff the others let you shop and buy other items. Friends have seen police officers asking for a coffee from the machine and have been denied, before midnight.
