   Worst customer service and behaviour. Owner should have some sense of keeping polite staff. These guys dont even care of guest buying from their store. Does not provide fresh food. First of all they sell expired meat. I bought chicken thighs and he gave me in a polybag but he did not gave me from the counter bag he gave me from the refrigerator. The chicken was not fresh at all. I work as chef I can watch n say that chicken is not fresh. As soon as i smell it was foul smelling as it was off since 2 weeks. Don’t trust these guys on the counter as they just want to earn money out of customer pockets. These shop staff don’t care for health n safety. I will really complain to redbridge council as these uneducated r selling old chicken to guest who r arriving at their shop. Also when i was complaining about its foul smelling they were arguing about my knowledge of meat. These people don’t even know my background and i know better than them what is foul smelling and what is fresh. They don’t deserve to run the shop. I beg to the owner please fire these guys

   I am staying just across at IGH whilst in Ilford now. This is my choice supermarket. Prices are good and you can get anything here. Staff that I engage with at counters are also easy to communicate with.

   We were so lucky to have this supermarket nearby during our trip to London. It was truly a lifesaver for the days we stayed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Every evening, we’d stop by to grab some snacks or drinks, and they always had exactly what we needed. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our stay even better, we really appreciated the kindness and great service!

   Discovered this supermarket during covid as it stocked most items that were not readily available. All in one, fresh fruit, veg, clean fresh meat, masala, spices from all around the world. Ps. Best watermelons!
