   I had a bad experience at the Quality Foods Ilford location. The cashier, Shabina, spoke to me angrily and stared at me in a way that felt intimidating. This made me very uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful and professional.

   What i think about this store is .... number 1 they have great indian products and i especially love their gulab jamuns ! .. Great afforable prices ... However sometimes the shop will get crowded and i feel i cannot breathe but overall lovely lovely shop always my go to every sunday mene booooh haru lage :)

   I always do shopping in here. In the entry area one guy wear the blue jacket he is very rude and not even he listen what I m saying to him I pick 1 coriander and 1 spinach because the price is same who guys working there front of sections I ask him can I do mix and match he said yes why not you can so I pick then after I m going to till on till lady are so rude and his guys who standing there on exit door he was so rudely say no you can’t so y did you not put board there tht you can’t do mix and match when tell the all staff ,he don't how to speak with customer. and he saying to me I m the encharge here wow what nice manager there who look after customers very rude that guy and he don’t know how to speak with costumer and the saying I m encharge hear rude behaviour !

   They were a good shop for indian groceries but this has changed so much since my last shop. Most of the products here are expired beyond their expiry date. One of them was a lemon cake slices that expired on April 2024 and two months later that is still on the shelf. The cakes had mould on it too. Remember to check the expiry date on all the food there. I will not be back here.

   Good place with a decent variety. You can buy pretty much any Pakistani products from Michelle's Jams, Gogo Pan Masala to Prince & Super Biscuits and Pakola etc.

   I placed an order almost three weeks ago received it yesterday. There was an item missing which they issued a refund for but no apology. As i have experienced this before with them about their Best Before date being short when sending products out, i requested that both my products flour and rice have long dates. The reply came back that this will not be a problem and they will check and should be long dated. The Rice expiry date is end of mid January 23!! They have asked for the product to be sent back at my expense, and they will refund in a voucher to use on my next order!! really as if i will be reordering from them again. Appalling customer service, think twice before you order.

   It’s extremely busy and quite dear for pricing. Unfortunately could not find staff to help locate a few things. The plus point is it has a very varied amount of Indian delicacies and products which you won’t find else where under one roof.

   All the Asian goods covered under one roof in the local area, this is the place to go! Parking is available nearby, as is the local buses back and forth from Ilford and Barking town. Can be very busy but they have an extensive range of international goods.
