   The staff was very rude. They don't know how to behave and talk to customer. Just ask for bag change and a man called Hamad create a scene. The bag was broken and he behave like its coming from out of his pocket. Very very rude.

   I had a very disappointing experience at the store that night at around 9 PM. As an Indian person wearing all black, I noticed that the security guard began following me throughout the store. When I questioned his actions, the cashier rushed to defend him, stating that it was their policy to follow each customer until they exit. This was not the first time I had faced such treatment; other Asian customers in the store at the same time shared similar experiences. I questioned why the store couldn’t use an integrated monitoring system instead. Furthermore, there was no manager present to address the incident. Interestingly, all the staff members I encountered were of Asian descent, and it seemed the cashier had instructed security to follow me every time I visited. I can't help but wonder if other coloured customers are treated in the same manner. Fortunately, my daughter was not there to witness what happened to her father in this country. It is sad to still be treated based on color, appearance, clothing, and language. I pity the children who have such parents.

   When you advertise that you open at 7 thank keep it like that and dont make people to come at that early morning to make them go back to their place . Its easy you open at 8 than put in on the website as well with the same opening hours . Very disappointed . This is gants hill station branch ( Cranbrook road )

However, I found it extremely difficult to locate the advertised £1 items. The store seemed to lack clarity and transparency in its pricing. This could easily mislead customers into believing everything is affordable when it’s not. As a Local Guide, I aim to help the community by identifying businesses that provide fair services and products. Unfortunately, this branch of Iceland fell short of those expectations. I’ve documented my experience with photos showing the discrepancies between the advertised prices and what’s actually available. I hope Iceland addresses this issue and improves its advertising and pricing transparency for the benefit of its customers.”

   Absolutely fuming, the people who pack their online orders must be stupid!! I ordered 7 items via Uber eats and instead of calling me to say 5 of those items were unavailable they just sent out two items,TWO ITEMS!!! I PAID MORE FOR DELIVERY THAN I DID FOR THE TWO ITEMS ABSOLUTELY STUPID AND RIDICULOUS AND THEN LO AND BEHOLD THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!

   Ordered few items on uber eats. They sent me milk which had 3 march use by date and today is 10th. They don't even look at the dates when restocking. 7 days old milk, someone needs proper training.

   I went to iceland gantshill this evening there was middle age woman on the till very rude. There were two till opened. I went to her and she was shouting why i was infront of her till. The till was not closed. I did not jump the queue she said i jumped the queue.i was not happy i left my shopping and walked out. You don't treat a customer like that no matter what the reason was . Honestly i was shocked. No manners .she was full of anger.she needs to go on an anger management course and treat people with respect.

   The frozen fish are quite good value. 3 for £10 if you mix and match. The smoked haddock was full of flavour. It's good to go there for the frozen fish or vegetables and avoid the ready made meals and the sugary snacks, as they're not as high quality.
