   Undergoing redevelopment so currently in temporary set up, spacious aisles and plenty of room, not very welcoming if you access from rear car park you have to come in through a long corridor which is a bit claustrophobic, hope this I not the rear access when store fully opens on the spring.

   Went to the self service checkout and remembered I needed one last item ( which wasn’t far from the checkout) when I came back all my stuff was gone and it was for my lunch break. I asked this lady where my stuff was and she said it’s been put back? I wasn’t even a minute away, pretty annoying because I wasn’t going to go back and get them all considering it would have took up more of my break time.

   Plenty of EV charges,all in good working order, clean and tucked away from main carpark. Great supermarket, quite massive with clearly labelled aisles and a café upstairs. This, again, tucked away with big windows facing the woods nearby, the place is clean and quiet with lift, WCs and all. A very handy stop and staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you

   I really like Sainsbury’s Café. It’s very clean and tidy, which makes it a nice place to sit and eat. The food is lovely, with plenty of different options to choose from. The staff are great – really friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a nice spot to relax and enjoy a good meal. I definitely recommend it!

   This is a larger Sainsbury’s that is always clean and well stocked. I visit here some weekdays as it is on my walking route to work. It has a small Argo point at the back, there is a petrol station and a large car park. If you want a good option for a large shop, this would be a great choice. The only downside I find is if I go in to get my meal deal for lunch, this section is right at the back of the store. If you are in a rush this would be a big draw back when you want a quick lunch option. I understand from a merchandising reason why they have done this, they want you to walk through the shop so you pick up more to buy, but I would now never choose this option if I needed a quick lunch. I would go somewhere else, as it adds an extra 5 minutes roughly to my lunch buying by having to navigate the full length of the shop. If they moved this section to the front of the shop they would definitely increase their meal deal sales, they are driving this quick shop custom away for sure, which is a shame as they cater for the large shop custom well.

   First time using this store and it is vast! Good parking facilities and petrol station onsite. Items placed nicely especially the for sale items right at the front of store. Overall, very nice first time experience.

   My own Sainsbury's is so easy to use everything clearly marked and easy to find everything i need..... Haven't had to queue or wait for purchasing for years, The Sevenoaks staff are so helpful and dedicated people, always a pleasure to shop there.... So sad that the Cafe shut down so many people i talk to miss it as a meet up place for a coffee cake and a catch up.

   Christmas Order Number 678458326 not delivered and not contacted as to why. I am disabled and now have no food for Christmas. My credit card has also been charged for this order. When I finally got through to Sainsbury's care team they were unable to contact the store so they sent them a message telling them to contact me to tell me why my order hadn't been delivered

   Yesterday the 16/12/2022, I went to Sainsbury (Otford Rd.), and I did not pay attention to the expire date of one of the items I bought (is enterely my fault), but there is a big question mark and I am worried about the way they check the items. Next day I have spoken with a manager called "Garry", and I explained him everything, the reasons I was there is for food safetyand not to receive a refund. The shopp was closed in the morning because of lack of Power Electricity, he told me that he will sort it all out. To summarise, pay attention to the items, please, for your own safety. Thank you.
