Iceland Supermarket – London It’s actually not bad at all! Some of the packaging isn’t the best, but if you’re looking for affordable groceries, this is definitely the place to go. You can find good deals if you’re not too picky about presentation or quality

Not expensive. Probably influenced by the next door neighbour - Poundland

my bag ripped and my milk fell on the floor and burst an employee cleaned it up and also gave me a free bag and milk very postive experience

My experience here was very upsetting. A staff member displayed openly racist and aggressive behavior towards non-white individuals, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. This is not only unprofessional but deeply unacceptable in any business setting. Management needs to take urgent action to ensure respectful, fair, and inclusive treatment for all customers.

This place is best if you want to buy cheap products those are close to expiry date. Usually, the price difference is not too much and it can be costly too.

Great value with some surprisingly good frozen own brand offers of very good quality. Went first as it was convenient. Now if shopping locally I look forward to popping into Iceland. There is a Poundshop next door which is another. Convenient bargain attraction

Need to improve stock of basic frozen ingredients. Availability is an issue for staples. Mix and match offers to be clearer. Staff need to be effective this store has ridiculous queues at the till.
